There are thousands of psychotherapy techniques, each with its own uniqueness. Dance psychotherapy doesn't need any props, just our very smart bodies if necessary. Dancing doesn't need any dance foundation, no fixed movement requirements, no restrictions such as gender and age. As long as you are willing, follow the guidance of your body with your feelings and go anywhere you want. There is an essential difference between dancing and dancing. Dance has fixed movements and requirements. An action needs to be done properly, aesthetically pleasing and pleasing to the viewer. Dancing is for others to see. Dancing doesn't need anything. You follow your heart and your body and mind are one. You dance for yourself, no matter how comfortable you are. The body is very smart. Our bodies can talk. The use of body makes all kinds of emotions coexist and do not conflict with each other in action. Our words may lie, but our bodies won't. The body doesn't lie. The body can accommodate information about the relationship between important objects by developing physical symptoms, such as the relationship between childhood and important people. This is the inspiration that the body brings us. Our words may lie, but our bodies won't. The body will make us more honest with ourselves. Through this process of dance therapy, our body will burst out with innate energy, which will help us realize the root of the problem and find a solution to it. Those wounds and emotions that once affected our modern life will be touched and awakened by the dancing of our bodies. We will see the trauma under the guidance of leaders and then describe it in words (called psychological extroversion). We can talk to people who caused the trauma. We can yell, slap and fight back angrily, release the emotions to the extreme, release all the repressed emotions, and then see what this trauma has brought us. What growth have we achieved? Trauma can heal slowly, and the cognitive, emotional and behavioral problems caused by trauma will heal without treatment.
? The epidemic will soon pass, and spring will come soon. We will go to the wild, to the garden, to nature, to connect with nature, to absorb the energy of nature, to stretch our bodies between heaven and earth, and to meet ourselves better in the dance.
