Therefore, the design of the frame plays a vital role in the design of the whole vehicle. On the basis of full market research and experiments, this paper designs the frame from the perspective of economy and safety. Considering the convenience of processing and other factors, the whole frame adopts steel plate pressing molding process to ensure the overall strength of the frame; The main body of the frame follows the traditional trapezoidal structure, with simple structure and good stability; According to the overall layout scheme of electric vehicle, the geometric dimensions of the frame are determined. Combined with the layout scheme of main parts of electric vehicle, the layout form and connection method of frame assembly and cross beam assembly, and the requirements for installing main parts such as gearbox are determined. Because of some beams, the structure of ingot top beam is adopted. Check the strength of the frame, and draw the overall installation drawing and main parts drawing of the frame by using Auto CAD software.
