The cultivation of college students' concept of rule of law should start from two aspects, the first is the school.
Colleges and universities should attach importance to the teaching of relevant legal courses. In teaching, teachers should establish three teaching concepts. First, establish the concept of "students are in the dominant position and teachers play the leading role", so that students can change from passive acceptance to active learning; The second is to make teachers realize that the fundamental purpose of teaching is to let students develop the habit of independent thinking, not just to impart legal knowledge, but to cultivate college students' legal awareness; Third, in the teaching process, "teaching" and "educating people" are closely combined and complement each other, avoiding the separation of teaching and educating people.
In teaching methods, teachers should adopt "case teaching method". In addition, schools should organize more students to carry out activities related to law, because it is not enough to make students really improve their legal awareness just by offering basic courses and conducting legal education.
