Argument of 600-word argumentative essay: What are our current pursuits?
We live in a vast world, and sometimes we get lost in the fog and do things we don't want to do. Therefore, I pursue my true self and stand out from the shadows.

Sometimes, I think I am a very strange person. I like watching Japanese cartoons and cartoons. I will learn every move of the characters in them, and even their demeanor and intonation will change accordingly. As long as you see the person you like, you will learn. So I think I'm strange. I often think about it when I sleep at night. Why should I be led by others? So, I can't go on like this, I want to be myself.

Now some people go home to worship idols. Look up the information of my favorite stars on the internet, miss them every day, and can't wait to stare at their photos on the computer screen every day! But I'm not interested in them at all. I know nothing about them, let alone surfing the Internet or watching TV gossip. Because I think these things consume physical strength, eyesight and time. At this point, I still pursue my true self.

As a middle school student, I think it's better to pursue my true self. Don't pursue superficial things too much now, but pursue your inner things. Pursue good grades and repay the motherland and parents. They provide us with such good living conditions that we can learn, learn new knowledge and improve ourselves.

Follow the wind and run around in such a fog, but I can't find the southeast, northwest and up. There is no compass to find the north for us. Follow the trend just to make up for the emptiness in my heart. I don't even know what is the most popular now in order not to let my companions laugh. In my opinion, this is not the true self. Just like a crow clothed himself with canary feathers, has this crow really become a canary? Actually, it's not. If you take off your feathers, it's still a crow. You can imagine how hypocritical it is! However, gold always shines. As long as you don't hide your true self and pursue it, you will shine and bring light to others. Naturally, others will agree with you.

Therefore, its pursuit is really itself.

I am the rainbow after the storm!
