Title: Job stress management of flight attendants.
Abstract: A large number of data show that flight attendants, a professional group, are facing a serious threat of work pressure. Based on the theory of stress management, aiming at the particularity of flight attendants' occupation, this paper analyzes the causes of excessive stress, and puts forward the strategies of flight attendants' work stress management from the individual and organizational levels.

In order to improve the objectivity and scientificity of flight attendants selection, a psychological quality test for flight attendants was designed. Starting with job analysis, consulting relevant literature, compiling measurement tools, testing flight attendants of a large domestic airline, and obtaining 304 valid questionnaires. After strict reliability and validity tests, the norm data of the test is finally formed, which can be used as a reference for flight attendants' career choice.

The results of disease surveillance and injury epidemiological investigation in China show that about 700,000 people die of various injuries every year, and the number of people who need emergency treatment and hospitalization due to injuries is not less than 20 million. In recent years, accidental injuries of civil aviation aircrew also occur from time to time, which not only directly affects the economic benefits of airlines. It causes unsafe hidden dangers to the flight, and also brings certain harm and pain to yourself and your family. How to prevent or reduce air and ground accidents in aircrew's work and do a good job in aviation and health protection after trauma is of great significance to ensure flight safety. The author makes a statistical analysis of the air and ground accidents of flight attendants in an airline from 2002 to 2003, and the results are as follows.
