From these safety accidents and major cases, people have seen the same curse, that is, the lack of responsibility.

The responsibility is so heavy before us.

(2) What is responsibility? Responsibility is what a person should do. That is to undertake the task, complete the task and do the work well.

Responsibility has rich connotations, which can be distinguished from different levels and forms, and can be recognized from different fields and angles.

Responsibility is everywhere and exists in every position of life. Parents raise their children, children honor their parents, teachers teach and educate people, students respect teachers and pay attention to teaching, doctors save lives, and soldiers defend their country. In order to survive in society, people must bear and fulfill certain responsibilities to themselves, their families, the collective and the motherland.

There are different types of responsibilities, such as family responsibility, professional responsibility, social responsibility, leadership responsibility and so on. A responsible big country is to hold high the banner of peace, development and cooperation, adhere to the path of peaceful development, always pursue an independent foreign policy of peace, strengthen and expand exchanges and cooperation with other countries in the world on the basis of equality and mutual benefit, and always become a firm force for safeguarding world peace and promoting common development.

A responsible big country is a responsible image of a country on the international stage. Responsible government is the main body of responsibility to realize people's interests and the core force to safeguard national interests. (9) Some people think that responsibility is a kind of bondage, which limits individual freedom and hinders the development of personality. This understanding that responsibility and freedom are separated and opposed is incorrect.

Responsibility and freedom are inseparable. Freedom takes responsibility as "boundary" and responsibility as "extension". Fulfilling responsibilities is directly proportional to enjoying freedom. Freedom means responsibility; Only when you fulfill your responsibilities can you enjoy more freedom. There is no freedom to do whatever you want. What responsibility limits is a kind of subjective willfulness, and what highlights is precisely freedom. Subjective willfulness and arbitrary actions will only lead to freedom.

Freedom is the understanding of inevitability and the transformation of the objective world. Every member of society has the right to full freedom, and at the same time, he must conscientiously fulfill his social responsibilities. The freedom to go your own way, say what you want and do what you want is an absurd and harmful "absolute freedom"; Freedom that does not ask right and wrong and is incompatible with basic social norms is "abstract freedom" divorced from reality; The freedom of self-isolation and narcissism in the ivory tower is a hidden "negative freedom", not a real freedom, but also an irresponsible performance.

All this is a dismemberment and distortion of the concept of responsibility.

No matter how close the social division of labor is, there must be a division of labor. Generally speaking, people are easy to see their own advantages and other people's shortcomings, but not easy to see other people's advantages and their own shortcomings.
