Since it is house acceptance, it is mainly to use total station to measure the coordinates of each wall foundation of the house and the axis of the building, to check whether the design coordinates and axis on the general plan are consistent, whether the actual horizontal elevation of the building is consistent with the design elevation, and whether the plane position and elevation construction lofting meet the tolerance requirements.

In the area with dense buildings, the receiving conditions of satellite signals are not very good, which has a great influence on the accuracy of RTK positioning. At the corner where buildings block satellite signals, the number of locked satellites is small, so it is difficult to obtain a fixed solution of plane coordinates. If RTK is used as the control point, it is best to use RTK in the open sky, where there are few buildings and features and the satellite signal reception conditions are good. The point error of RTK is basically less than 5cm.
