Future trend of construction industry
Abstract: The construction industry is one of the important pillar industries in China, and its development plays a key role in the growth of China's national economy. By analyzing the present situation of China's construction industry, this paper predicts the future development direction and trend of the construction industry, and points out the places that need to be updated and improved in the development of construction enterprises.

Construction industry is an industry that produces and manages buildings, including architectural planning, survey and design, production and installation of building components, operation and management of building environment, etc. As the main pillar industry in China, the construction industry plays a key role in the employment problem in China. This paper analyzes the present situation, problems and future development trend of the construction industry in China from the particularity and statistical data of the construction industry, which is also the focus of many architects and architectural elites.

The construction unit of a construction enterprise refers to a construction unit that has certain construction machinery and equipment, sufficient liquidity and construction production capacity, and has the qualification of contracting construction projects. In the construction project, we can reasonably provide different forms of construction products according to the requirements of the owner and national laws and regulations, and get the corresponding project payment according to the contract [1]. According to the different types of buildings, they can be divided into several categories. There are units specializing in the production of concrete, units specializing in the production of prefabricated components and units responsible for the export of professional services. According to the different building products it provides, it can also be divided into professional production companies such as hydropower, metallurgy, railway and municipal administration, or into various contractors.
