Construction industry is an industry that produces and manages buildings, including architectural planning, survey and design, production and installation of building components, operation and management of building environment, etc. As the main pillar industry in China, the construction industry plays a key role in the employment problem in China. This paper analyzes the present situation, problems and future development trend of the construction industry in China from the particularity and statistical data of the construction industry, which is also the focus of many architects and architectural elites.
The construction unit of a construction enterprise refers to a construction unit that has certain construction machinery and equipment, sufficient liquidity and construction production capacity, and has the qualification of contracting construction projects.
