Knowledge management is the main driving force of social and economic development and an important means to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. In recent years, some large foreign companies are forming and constantly improving a new enterprise management concept-knowledge management, the central content of which is to improve the adaptability and innovation ability through knowledge sharing and collective wisdom. The implementation of knowledge management lies in establishing a mechanism to encourage employees to participate in knowledge sharing, setting up a knowledge supervisor, and cultivating organizational innovation and collective creativity. Summarizing and studying the practice and successful experience of knowledge management will be beneficial to the innovation of enterprise management in China and guide enterprises in China to enter the era of knowledge economy.

First, the development of enterprise knowledge management

Due to the needs of economic development and the development of management practice, knowledge management is gradually separated from information management, thus forming a brand-new management field. At this time, knowledge management has different connotations and extensions from information management, and the main content of knowledge management is the management of people. As a cognitive process, knowledge exists among users of information and can only be innovated in the process of interpersonal interaction. Knowledge management requires linking information with information, information with activities, information with people, realizing the enjoyment of knowledge (including explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge), and using collective wisdom and innovation ability to win competitive advantage.

The transformation from information management to knowledge management is a further embodiment of the main line of people-oriented management in management theory and practice. Knowledge management contributes to the combination of information processing ability and employees' innovation ability, thus enhancing the adaptability and foresight of enterprises or other organizations. Modern science and technology are changing with each passing day, and globalization is advancing at an unprecedented speed. All these have changed society, economy and culture, and also changed people's mode of production, lifestyle and way of thinking. In this context, the goal and task of knowledge management must be reflected in improving the adaptability and innovation ability of the organization.

Second, the importance of enterprise knowledge management

(A) the objectives and core of knowledge management

Enterprise innovation can be realized by improving people's ability of invention and innovation. Knowledge management provides a new way for enterprises to enjoy explicit and tacit knowledge. Explicit knowledge is easy to organize and store by computer, while tacit knowledge is difficult to master. It is stored in employees' minds and is the embodiment of employees' experience. If any organization wants to survive in the knowledge economy, it must link information with information, information with people, and information with process, and make a lot of innovations. But the simplicity of knowledge management can never be equated with information management. The relationship between them is that information management is the foundation of knowledge management, and knowledge management is the extension and development of information management.

(2) Knowledge management is also a new management idea and method in the new network economy era.

The so-called knowledge management is to build a quantitative and qualitative knowledge system in enterprises, so that the information and knowledge in enterprises can be continuously fed back into the knowledge system through the processes of acquisition, creation, sharing, integration, acquisition, renewal and innovation, forming an uninterrupted cycle of accumulating knowledge by individuals and enterprises, becoming an intellectual capital for management and application in enterprise organizations, and helping enterprises make correct decisions to cope with market changes.

(3) Knowledge management is technology, because the realization of knowledge management system depends on knowledge management technology.

These technologies include the key technologies of knowledge management: knowledge collection, classification, storage and labeling technology, knowledge search technology, and auxiliary communication technologies: instant messaging, e-mail, enterprise portal and so on. The knowledge management that we can intuitively perceive and grasp is actually the product of these technologies. It is these technologies that turn knowledge management from theory into practice.

(D) knowledge management is management.

Knowledge management, like any previous management theory, finds the scarce and key resources in enterprises and manages them in order to make more efficient and effective use of these resources. This kind of resource is the knowledge owned by the enterprise. Since it is management, there is naturally planning, organization, leadership, control and innovation. Knowledge management is to plan and organize, guide and encourage, evaluate and control knowledge as a resource, and to innovate and evolve constantly.

(e) Knowledge management is a philosophy.

The difference between knowledge management and previous management theories lies in its world outlook and methodology. The previous management philosophy and management theory look at what an enterprise is, which is different from the perspective of knowledge management. For example, scientific management regards enterprises as automatic machines. All kinds of means of production enter the machine from one side, while products and services keep pouring out from the other side. Mechanization and automation are the core of enterprises, and knowledge management depends on enterprises. It is considered as a collection of knowledge about its own laws and customer value. Without this knowledge, enterprises would not exist. The process of creating value for customers and realizing their own value is understood as the process of discovering, applying and creating knowledge. Methodologically, it is organized around enterprise knowledge, and people at all levels rely on knowledge management system to develop business and manage enterprises.

(6) Knowledge management is culture.

To implement knowledge management in an organization, we must cultivate a matching organizational culture. Knowledge management emphasizes innovation, enjoyment and cooperation. The organization's culture should focus on these strong guidance, so that everyone knows what is right and what is wrong. We must enjoy the knowledge of doing things so that everyone who needs it has the opportunity to learn it, find new methods and create new knowledge. Everyone in the organization adjusts their behavior and ways of doing things around knowledge management, thus forming knowledge management-oriented values. This is the meaning that knowledge management is culture. Generally speaking, knowledge management is a long-term business strategy, and its benefits to enterprises include creating new competitive value, increasing profits, reducing costs, improving efficiency and establishing new corporate culture.

(7) Knowledge management is the core competitiveness management of enterprises in the era of knowledge economy, and it is the micro-foundation for enterprises to adapt to the knowledge economy.

The core of modern enterprise operation is to cultivate organizational learning ability and realize the preservation and appreciation of individual knowledge capital within the enterprise. Information technology is the foundation of enterprise knowledge management. Knowledge management can inject powerful impetus into enterprise knowledge innovation and realize the healthy and lasting development of enterprises.

Knowledge management is to improve the adaptability and innovation ability of enterprises through knowledge sharing and collective wisdom. The starting point of enterprise knowledge management and production management is to regard knowledge as the most important resource, and to master and utilize knowledge to the maximum extent, which is the key to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Because people are an important carrier of knowledge, human resource management is an important part of knowledge management.

If enterprises want to gain competitive advantage in the wave of economic knowledge, they must try knowledge management, and make beneficial explorations in formulating knowledge strategy, reshaping enterprise knowledge culture, realizing knowledge measurement and setting up knowledge managers. In the exploration and practice of knowledge management, enterprises must have a knowledge-centered entity, goal and knowledge value system. Around this value system, enterprises can organize themselves and manage and integrate knowledge and enterprise knowledge.

(eight) the role of enterprise knowledge management for employees

Enterprise knowledge management attaches great importance to the spiritual encouragement of employees, endows employees with greater rights and responsibilities, and gives full play to their consciousness, initiative and initiative; Pay attention to the flow, enjoyment and innovation of enterprise knowledge, use collective wisdom, improve the adaptability and innovation ability of enterprises, enhance their competitiveness, attach importance to enterprise knowledge and talents, promote enterprises to grow into learning organizations, attach importance to the construction of enterprise culture, and pay attention to the infiltration of traditional industries while realizing enterprise self-value to improve the overall knowledge level of society.

(9) Enjoy the knowledge management of the enterprise.

Knowledge sharing is the core goal of enterprise knowledge management. One of the core objectives of knowledge management is to encourage mutual cooperation and create an environment for knowledge sharing. Knowledge can only be developed through mutual communication, and new knowledge can only be obtained from knowledge through use. The wider the knowledge exchange, the better the effect. Only when knowledge is enjoyed by more people can the owners of knowledge get more benefits. For an enterprise, to meet the knowledge-based economy, we must first upgrade the knowledge of the enterprise, including the knowledge of the production process, the knowledge of workers, the knowledge of management and the knowledge of products produced. The important measures to promote the knowledge of enterprises are to innovate knowledge and technology, introduce knowledge and technology vigorously, motivate employees to learn and use knowledge, technology and experience, increase investment in science and technology, and train employees in knowledge and technology.
