Yu yi's quotations

1. Be a lifelong teacher and learn to be a lifelong teacher.

I have two "rulers", one is to measure the strengths of others, and the other is to measure my own shortcomings. Only when you see your own shortcomings or deficiencies can you have the motivation to move forward. Because, "many wounds are the best things that life gives you."

3. Once a person chooses the profession of teacher, he also chooses aristocrats. First of all, we must "know like a spring" and have great personality strength.

Motto: in education, everything is based on the teacher's personality: wisdom is like a spring, and behavior can be a teacher.

My ideal is to be a qualified teacher. The so-called qualification means living up to the expectations of the motherland and the entrustment of the people.

6. Teaching reference books are, after all, the work of others. Only your own labor income is the flower with dew of life, and it is your own experience, so students can easily integrate with you. When you teach your own personality, students gain the most. Because education is a creative undertaking.

7. "Today's education is tomorrow's national quality", "Education, one shoulder carries the students' present, and one shoulder carries the future of the motherland".

Teaching style

1? Ideological content/level

The Party's educational policy and "Three Orientations" are the foundation of teaching reform, and Yu Yi firmly grasps this foundation. All her educational reform activities run through a bright red line, that is, "teaching literature and educating people." Yu Yi's Chinese class fully embodies the spirit of "integration of literature and Taoism". In the training of listening, speaking, reading and writing, combined with ideological education, it permeates students' hearts like spring breeze, which can really be described as the harmonious unity of upbringing and education. Chinese teaching in Yu Yi is very ideological and outstanding.

2? restudy

Emphasizing teaching over learning is a long-standing drawback of traditional teaching. Yu Yi advocated that teachers should shift their foothold from teaching to learning, attach importance to the study of learning methods, and let teaching serve students' learning. To this end, teachers must "know people with insight", study the new situation and characteristics of modern students, and start teaching from the reality of students.

3? interest

Yu Yi advocates that lectures should be interesting. If teaching is interesting, it can attract students to have persistent desire to learn, and it can produce practical results, which will promote the consolidation and development of interest. Therefore, teaching must work hard on the word "de", so that students can gain something in their study and have feelings and interests in Chinese learning.

4? smart

Yu Yi attaches great importance to students' intellectual development and ability training from the height of cultivating future socialist modernization builders. As long as we read Yu Yi's teaching papers in an all-round way, it is not difficult to find that there is an important clue that runs through all Chinese teaching activities in Yu Yi, that is, using heuristic teaching to cultivate students' thinking ability and try their best to develop their intelligence. Yu Yi has written many monographs on how to develop students' intelligence, such as Training of Language and Thinking, Training of Observation Ability, Training of Imagination and Creativity, Grasping the Support Point of Memory, etc. These discussions enlighten us that Chinese teaching should be based on heuristic teaching, so that students can gradually grow into smart and promising talents in active and lively learning.

On the cultivation of Chinese ability, Yu Yi advocates comprehensive training of reading, writing, listening and speaking. She deeply felt that the teaching of "emphasizing reading and writing over listening and speaking" was lagging behind. Considering the need of adapting to the information society, she attaches great importance to listening and speaking training in teaching practice.

Looking at Yu Yi's reading, writing, listening and speaking practice, we can find another important clue, that is, under the guidance of teachers, let students gradually cultivate their autonomous learning ability in active and conscious learning activities.

5? literariness

One cannot live without literature. Literary literacy is the cultural quality that a qualified citizen should possess. Chinese teaching in Yu Yi has a strong literary color. As long as her students can skillfully use ancient poems in their speeches, express their views appropriately with idioms, and recite ancient poems one after another in class, we can know how Yu Yi successfully educated students in literature. Listening to Yu Yi's lectures and reading Yu Yi's articles is an outstanding feeling. Usually, her teaching language is also full of beautiful literary words, which are very infectious and have a subtle influence on students. Making students interested in literature can improve the initiative and enthusiasm of Chinese learning, and the efficiency of Chinese teaching will inevitably improve.

6? complete

Yu Yi believes that Chinese teaching is a systematic project. It should have a scientific sequence first, and then it can impart and train knowledge in an orderly and effective way. Teachers should not only have an overall concept, but also make clear the teaching objectives and tasks of each class, unit and stage when arranging the teaching work of each semester.

In practical teaching, she guides students to follow the law of the integration of literature and Taoism, and understands and grasps the text as a whole, so that students can understand and grasp what and how to write the text, and also pay attention to why they write it this way. Students not only learn knowledge and skills from classroom teaching, but also receive ideological education.

Yu Yi is proficient in the art of teaching, and has a unique overall design on how to start a class, what to choose as a breakthrough to drive the overall situation, how to start the teaching process and how to end the teaching. Listening to her class, I feel that the teaching is interlocking, with clear rhythm, cadence, smooth connection, ups and downs and fascinating. Because her whole teaching can be "in tune with the students' heartstrings", she can achieve the best teaching effect.

How to give a good lesson, Yu Yi's main experience is:

First, "excavate the inner ideological content of the article and reveal its profound meaning";

Second, "the heavy hammer hits the key words to make them splash out dazzling sparks";

Third, "change the angle of questioning, choose the best entrance, and stimulate students' feelings";

Fourth, "create situations, guide students to be in situations, and let students be influenced by them";

Fifth, "contact, expand, increase emotional concentration, and form a lingering sound."
