Since I worked in our department, I have been greatly inspired by the advanced deeds of outstanding senior doctors in our department. In my career, Dr. Cheng Zhongshan is my role model. As the deputy director of radiology department of Rugao Pok Oi Hospital, he usually works seriously and rigorously, carefully analyzes the data structure of patients' diagnosis and treatment, and communicates in time when encountering difficult problems. Therefore, in the eyes of patients, he is a good doctor with practical work, noble medical ethics and superb medical skills. As our leader, he is humble and courteous and tirelessly teaches others. Now, when I recall the excellent work spirit of Dr. Cheng and his touching work of leading the staff in our department, I understand more and more that an excellent doctor needs both ability and political integrity. As far as I am concerned, working here is a trivial job every day. I earnestly implement various rules and regulations and technical operating procedures, check the radiation protection situation, and prevent mistakes and accidents. Even so, sometimes patients don't understand.
