Education is an important part of state administration, and the rule of law in a country cannot be separated from the rule of law in education. It can be said that with the development and improvement of education and teaching laws and regulations, it is urgent to run schools according to law. 1. The most important thing in running a school according to law is to strengthen system construction. System is the rules and regulations of the school, including the management of principals, administrators, teachers and students and other activities. What needs to be standardized is called rules and regulations. School rules and regulations are equivalent to systems, which are effective not only for students, but also for teachers and administrators. Only when there are rules to follow can there be laws to follow. 3. In the process of running a school according to law, schools can avoid greater losses by means of laws, regulations and judicial channels. For example, students are often injured in sports activities, which easily leads to serious consequences and is difficult to deal with. Therefore, in order to avoid sports accidents, some schools simply cancel sports activities, even in physical education class. Stop students' normal sports activities because they are choking. It is neither legal nor reasonable to stop physical education class. Because Article 29 of the Education Law stipulates that the school's obligations include "implementing the national education policy, implementing education and teaching standards and ensuring the quality of education and teaching", and physical education is an important part of the curriculum; At the same time, stopping sports activities also deprives students of their right to life and health as citizens, and students have the freedom to exercise; It is unreasonable to stop sports activities, which is harmful to students' health and even more harmful. Therefore, although sports activities will cause harm, they still need to be carried out. In fact, schools need not be afraid. According to this regulation, schools should take the initiative to focus on maintaining the safety of facilities and equipment, strictly require teachers to organize clothing wearing, preparation activities and activity order as required, and master the health of students and school safety insurance. , so as to effectively prevent, do your own work first. In case of an accident beyond the responsibility of the school, the school can resort to judicial channels to solve it if negotiation fails, and use the law to shirk the undue burden and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests, which will be supported by the law.

4. In the process of running a school according to law, appropriate and reasonable measures should be taken to improve the articles of association and deal with problems according to the law.
