Introduction to Botanical Garden shijiazhuang botanical garden is located in the northwest of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, 4 kilometers away from the city center/kloc-0. It is a park with the theme of plant landscape appreciation and a suburban green ecological leisure base integrating popular science research and leisure and entertainment functions. Before 1997, the Botanical Garden was a nursery, formerly known as Yuecun Nursery in Shijiazhuang City. Its main task is to provide all kinds of green seedlings for professional greening. 1In August, 1997, with the orientation of "scientific research, popular science, demonstration and sightseeing", the botanical garden was established on the basis of the original West Nursery after expert argumentation and government project approval.
Shijiazhuang botanical garden is a department-level unit, which consists of Shijiazhuang Flower Garden and Shijiazhuang Garden Research Institute. 10 Department: Office, Group Propaganda Department, Security Department, Labor and Personnel Department, Finance Department, Management Department, Horticulture Department, Production Department, Engineering Department and General Affairs Department.
Development History Phase I Construction (1998.4.25-1998.9.26)
The first-phase construction of shijiazhuang botanical garden started from April 25th, 1998 to September 26th, 1998, which mainly included tropical greenhouses. The botanical gardens included Bitaoyuan Garden, Songbai Garden, Peony Garden, Rose Garden, Sakura Garden and Lilac Garden. The theme park includes ancient and famous trees garden, tree planting memorial garden and tree introduction experimental area, which includes experimental site, nursery area and introduction and domestication area.
Phase II Construction (June 2002.16-September 30, 2003)
Shijiazhuang botanical garden Phase II Project started on June 6, 2002 16, and simply opened on September 30, 2003, with a total area of 133 hectares, including 38.7 hectares of water surface. Complete and form 15 plant-specific garden exhibition areas and 4 1 scenic spots, such as pine and cypress garden, Yulan Park, bamboo garden, rose garden, Bitong Garden, Crabapple Garden, Peony Garden, Cherry Garden, Lilac Garden, Aquatic Botanical Garden, Medicine Garden, Perennial Flower Garden, Aquatic Botanical Garden, Alien Botanical Garden and Wet Botanical Garden.
Introduction to Scenic Spots shijiazhuang botanical garden is generally divided into four parts: plant display area, scenic spot browsing and entertainment area, research and experiment area and life management area. In the design, the landscaping techniques at home and abroad are used for reference, and the whole park is highly overlapping, depending on the mountain. Botanical Garden is divided into indoor exhibition hall and outdoor exhibition area. The indoor exhibition area is divided into three exhibition halls: boutique bonsai exhibition hall, comprehensive exhibition hall and genre exhibition hall.
There are 38 scenic spots in the Botanical Garden, including Bocheng Lake Scenic Area, Bonsai Art Museum, Tropical Plant Ornamental Museum, Popular Science Museum, Rose Art Square, Covered Bridge Waterfront, Lake Island, Lotus in Water, Step by Step Water and Century Clock. And formed 60 pine and cypress gardens, peony gardens, rose gardens, cherry blossom gardens, peach gardens, begonia gardens, lilac gardens, aquatic botanical gardens, alien botanical gardens and wet botanical gardens.
The botanical garden is large in scale, beautiful in landscape and complete in function. In the beautiful scenery of the Botanical Garden, you can enjoy the freshness and pleasure between the blue sky and clear water, listen to the songs of birds with your fingers, breathe the fragrance of exotic flowers and plants, and fully feel the embrace with nature. Bonsai Art Museum Bonsai Art Museum covers a total area of 30,000 square meters. Trees and landscape bonsai are integrated with gardening, painting, calligraphy and poetry in the bonsai art museum, showing the essence of a bonsai kingdom.
Botanical Garden is divided into indoor exhibition hall and outdoor exhibition area. The indoor exhibition area is divided into three exhibition halls: boutique bonsai exhibition hall, comprehensive exhibition hall and genre exhibition hall. It mainly displays outstanding works from all over the country. The outdoor exhibition area consists of three scenic spots, mainly displaying large piles planted on land. The overall environment of the Bonsai Art Museum is elegant and quiet, the lake is clear, the fish are shallow, the ancient trees are shaded, the winding paths are quiet, the water and light overlap, and they are hidden from each other, which is pleasing to the eye and full of interest, reflecting the artistic style of gardens and human landscapes.
In addition, there are teahouses, cafes, pottery bars, flower arranging art galleries, stone museums, etc., which provide places for tourists to have fun.
