With the rapid development of social economy, those industrial models with high energy consumption and low efficiency have been eliminated by fierce industry competition, especially in my hometown of Tangshan zunhua city. As a Zunhua person and a college student, I made a survey on environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction with several classmates and the leading group of the Industry Promotion Bureau during the winter vacation, hoping to learn more about the great significance of environmental protection and energy saving. To this end, let me briefly introduce the basic situation of my hometown-zunhua city. Zunhua city is located at the southern foot of Yanshan Mountains in the northeast of Hebei Province. Its economic structure is dominated by resources and energy consumption, involving steel, mining, food, machinery, electric energy, building materials, medicine, chemical industry and other industries. Our city earnestly implements the deployment of the province and Tangshan City, and regards deepening pollution source remediation, promoting energy conservation and emission reduction, and developing circular economy as the primary task of implementing Scientific Outlook on Development, and has achieved good results. As we all know, steel is a heavily polluted heavy industry, but Zunhua is still a pure land with blue sky and clear water in my hometown. The reasons are as follows. 1, attach great importance to and vigorously promote environmental protection and emission reduction. According to reports, the city has set up a leading group to promote energy conservation and emission reduction and develop circular economy, with the mayor as the leader, the deputy mayor as the deputy leader, and the main leaders of relevant departments and towns as members. It is reported that the group will go to the factory to supervise and investigate every month, carry out the assessment of the goal of developing circular economy with energy conservation and emission reduction, and strive to comprehensively promote the development of circular economy and energy conservation and emission reduction in our city. 2, optimize the industrial structure, reduce the proportion of high energy consumption industries. First, according to the idea of making the iron and steel industry better and stronger, introduce new technologies and new processes, develop new products, and solve the problems of emission reduction, efficiency improvement and recycling of waste gas, waste water and solid waste. The second is the compulsory elimination of policies. In accordance with the relevant policies of the state, small enterprises with backward technology and equipment will be eliminated, small blast furnaces that do not conform to the national steel industry policy will be dismantled, and the production of solid clay bricks will be gradually banned. At the same time, strictly control high pollution and high energy consumption projects. In recent years, our city has rejected more than 20 projects with large investment and high output value, but with high pollution and high energy consumption. 3. Develop circular economy and improve the efficiency of resource utilization. In view of the situation of high resource consumption, great waste and heavy pollution in traditional industrial enterprises, our city has made great efforts to improve the utilization rate of resources, promote the reuse of waste in production links, vigorously develop circular economy, actively adopt clean production technologies, and strive to improve the environmental quality of our city. 1) waste gas treatment. Mainly to strengthen the governance of the steel industry. Two iron and steel enterprises in our city have invested 380 million yuan to improve pollution control facilities and processes such as sintering, coking, blast furnace ironmaking, steelmaking and comprehensive utilization of gas resources. Among them, Jianlong Company has built two gas-fired power stations, which can use nearly 654.38 billion cubic meters of gas every year. This project not only turns waste blast furnace gas and coke oven gas into treasure, effectively utilizes secondary energy and avoids environmental pollution, but also provides production steam for other workshops, with an annual profit of 60 million yuan. 2) Wastewater treatment. Measures such as water index control and multi-use of one water were implemented, so that the reuse rate of industrial wastewater reached over 96%. Among them, Lu Gang Iron and Steel Company has built a comprehensive sewage treatment plant, and the sewage has reached zero discharge; Stegosaurus pays attention to water saving and recycling. In 2006, the consumption of fresh water per ton of steel decreased to 3.8 tons, reaching the leading level in the same industry in China. The annual water-saving efficiency reached 7.52 million yuan, and the reuse rate reached 96%. 3) Solid waste treatment. Stegosaurus and Lu Gang Iron and Steel Company use dust and steel sludge recovered from dust collectors as sintering raw materials. The iron scale in steelmaking, continuous casting and rolling water is recycled after precipitation; Superfine powder is produced from water residue and exported as cement raw material. 4, relying on scientific and technological innovation to expand energy-saving space. Our city has highlighted key energy-consuming enterprises, promoted and implemented a number of new projects, new technologies and new processes to save energy and reduce consumption and develop circular economy, and achieved good results. Mainly to promote the transformation of key production equipment. According to the leader of the group, Jianlong Company adopted advanced technology, which made the technical indexes of blast furnace run well, the utilization coefficient of blast furnace reached 4.03 tons/cubic meter/day, and the coke ratio reached 380-400 kg/ton, realizing high efficiency and low consumption production. By participating in this practice, we college students in the ivory tower have increased our knowledge, broadened our horizons, and more importantly, strengthened our firm belief in building a beautiful and prosperous socialist motherland, enabling us to participate more actively.
