The ancients said that "diligence can make up for mistakes" and "heaven rewards diligence" all illustrate the value that "diligence" can bring to mankind. Therefore, in the work of grass-roots governments, we can better publicize the principles and policies of the party and the state and mobilize the ideological work of the masses only by doing something in both "diligence" and "serving the people"; Only in this way can we better make up for the implementation deviation and defects in carrying out grass-roots work; Only in this way can the sub-blocks of the grass-roots government coordinate with each other, orderly and uniformly complete the tasks deployed by the relevant organs and units at higher levels.
