My junior high school Chinese teacher.
Chinese teachers should be happy and quiet teachers.

A Chinese teacher should be the person who can best reflect the roles and responsibilities of all teachers. It's not that I have to label myself and take responsibility. This should be our consciousness and consciousness. When it comes to teachers, our first thought is Confucius, our most sacred teacher. Confucius' The Analects of Confucius mostly explains the philosophy of life and social ethics, but it also has an incisive exposition on education. Of course, Confucius' respect goes far beyond this. He set up a professor himself, with thousands of students. Then we think of Han Yu in the Tang Dynasty. He said in "Teacher's Notes": A teacher teaches and dispels doubts. After more than a thousand years, this has almost become the most authoritative explanation of the meaning and responsibility of teachers. Then came the prosperity of Zhu Cheng's Neo-Confucianism in the Song Dynasty, and the position of Taifu was juxtaposed with the "relationship between heaven and earth", so the position of Taifu reached the highest. I have been thinking silently for a long time. In the ancient history of China for thousands of years, the so-called teacher should be our Chinese teacher if he wants to find the corresponding teacher position today. Although today, with the progress of modern industry and social civilization, the division of labor between social science and natural science is becoming more and more detailed, Chinese teachers still have historical responsibilities in imparting knowledge, inheriting culture and continuing blood, so many times Chinese teachers should be the backbone of teachers and a symbol of culture.

Chinese teachers should be happy and quiet teachers. This requirement comes not only from our confidence in ourselves, but also from our confidence in China culture and China discipline. We are happy that we can exist as a cultural symbol, and we are even more happy that our language can influence soul after soul and generation after generation. Maybe we can't see it now. When we look at this history in a thousand years, it may be very clear. We can say that no matter how history changes, as long as the Chinese nation still exists, the inheritance of our Chinese culture will not change, nor will Chinese teaching, but only the methods and forms. In the late Qing Dynasty, after the abolition of schools and the implementation of subject-based teaching, Chinese was separated from the integration of multiple subjects and set up a separate subject. From 1904 to 1949, China characters, China literature, lectures and classic reading, Chinese and Putonghua were used in the course names, and it was not until 1949 that the new China was established that Chinese names were officially used. So our Chinese teaching is only 100 years old. As a Chinese teacher, we should not be confused by the current educational situation, nor should we be too sad that Chinese is neglected today. Now the education system and the college entrance examination system are facing a new round of reform. On the surface, Chinese is valued, and the status of English is declining. This is certainly a good phenomenon, but we should not be too optimistic. However, in my opinion, none of this will affect our teaching, which requires our inner peace and calmness. Ancient intellectuals are the most respected and envied group in society, and their greatest feature is tranquility. Literati or scholars also have a sour side, but most of the literati in China's literary works are still beautiful images. Most of them pursue the countryside and love mountains and rivers, which is a manifestation of their love for nature and tranquility. There are still some people who are optimistic and open-minded even when facing difficulties and setbacks. Showing their inner elegance. Lutz faced a fierce enemy and knew he was doomed, but he didn't forget to dress appropriately. Su Shi encountered Wutai poetry case, but he still wrote famous works such as Fu on the Red Wall and Nostalgia on Red Cliff. Su Shi's famous saying "Don't be surprised when you face it suddenly, but don't get angry for no reason" is my favorite sentence. Although none of what I said happened in education and teaching, their spirit is still worth learning and inheriting. Therefore, in Chinese teaching, Chinese teachers should have this kind of tranquility and harmony.

A Chinese teacher should be a demonstrator of teaching research.

When President Guoguang contacted me, let me talk about our Chinese learning in No.6 Middle School and my understanding of Chinese teaching. In fact, the real experts are him, our Mr. and Mrs. Dai, and all the colleagues present.

My biggest feeling about teaching and research is not to force myself to do it. I am conscious and act from the heart. So I used to enjoy it and will continue to do it in the future.

I joined the work on 1999, but it was after 2005 that I really formed the awareness of research and felt the fun of teaching research. That year, I participated in the fourth "Yutong Cup" teaching reform star selection jointly sponsored by the Chinese Teaching Professional Committee of China Education Association and the magazine "Chinese Teaching Newsletter", and I was fortunate to be named the "teaching reform star" of the senior high school group. At that time, my mood was very complicated, with joy, joy and encouragement. I know I deserve it, and I know I must work harder. Since 2006, I have become more and more interested in Chinese studies and tried to study special topics in the form of topics. Then write a paper about some puzzles or thoughts in research and teaching. During this period, I had the honor to meet teachers such as Zhang Guoguang, Cao, Tang Liang, Huang Pengbo and Zhu. Their selflessness and love, understanding and tolerance have made me grow up rapidly. They are all older, more senior and more capable than me, but we gave the greatest support and the most honors when we studied together. This is something I will never forget. During this period, I presided over a project of the National Language Association "Research on Extracurricular Reading in Middle Schools and Rural Family Culture Construction" and a project of Hunan Province's educational research planning "Research on Extracurricular Reading in High Schools and Rural Family Culture Construction". Although the two topics are closely related and the results are not rich, it is this extension and popularization of continuous research that has given me great exercise. At the same time, I also began to publish articles about Chinese in newspapers and periodicals at all levels. He has published more than 0/00 papers in recent three years, including many core magazines such as Moral Education in China and Chinese Monthly. It is based on this deep-rooted thinking about Chinese that I am more enthusiastic about Chinese.

My deep-rooted idea is that teachers in China should be role models in teaching and research. I often judge a Chinese teacher subjectively according to this standard. Chinese teachers are the inheritors and disseminators of traditional culture. When reading, the teacher said that XXX was the "guardian" of feudal society, always filled with indignation and disdain. Today, with different thinking and different connotations, I think Chinese teachers should be the guardians of traditional culture, especially traditional spirit. In many traditional spirits, the research spirit as an ancient literator is worth learning and inheriting by every Chinese teacher, which may be the reason why I am so persistent. Of course, the profoundness of the professional characteristics of Chinese subject and the erudition and eloquence of Chinese teachers themselves are also the reasons why I think Chinese teachers should be model of teaching and research.

In my opinion, it is not only necessary but also happy for teachers in China to be role models in teaching and research. It can make us feel happy at work. Teaching and educating people is great, but the specific educational process is full of fun and hardships. Because of this, many teachers have experienced job burnout prematurely. Adding elements of teaching and scientific research to one's educational career will undoubtedly make people feel relaxed and happy after sweating. In their spare time, several teachers sit together, talk about teaching and express their opinions at will. What a pleasant thing it is. Many times, as Chinese teachers, we envy the scene of literati wandering around and having a long talk in Wang Xizhi's Preface to Lanting. I am also full of expectations for Tao Yuanming's pastoral life. But times have changed, and this kind of life experience is difficult to copy, which requires us to appreciate the interest from modern civilization with poetic heart. Of course, we can also sit alone under the lamp, make a cup of tea, think and write. This taste of solitude and caution is also indispensable for a happy life. Happiness is a feeling. We need to experience the happiness brought by teaching research behind the heavy teaching task.

Teaching and research can also bring us a strong sense of success. Everyone needs to be praised and belong. When we gather scattered sparks of thought into a torch, when our doubts are suddenly enlightened, when our opinions are recognized by colleagues, when our practices become methods that can be popularized, when our experiences are published in newspapers and periodicals ... In short, when we are recognized, we will have a strong sense of success in our hearts.

Chinese teachers should be pioneers in teaching reform.

I want to share a true story with them first. From 2002 to the beginning of this year, I worked as the director of the teaching department in Liuyang No.6 Middle School, basically in the first line of teaching 1 1 year. Once, a class cadre came to me, holding a request signed by almost the whole class, asking the school to change the Chinese teacher. At first glance, this Chinese teacher is the backbone teacher in the school, and I admire him very much. So, I started from many aspects, became a class cadre, and also went to class to communicate with students for this matter. Of course, the Chinese teacher didn't change in the end, but this incident caused me deep reflection. As a national second-level psychological counselor, I naturally know that people have a misunderstanding of thinking, that is, they always imagine themselves better than others, so we are easy to be blind and arrogant and make self-righteous mistakes. However, a backbone teacher in everyone's mind will also meet the day when students ask for a new teacher because of the problem of teaching level. What will happen to myself after that?

The year of 20 12 coincides with the declaration of the last batch of educational research bases of Hunan Academy of Educational Sciences. After consulting with Huang Peng Bo, I immediately began to collect information and declare it, and finally established it as one of the educational and scientific research bases in the whole province 100. The name of our base is: Hunan High School Chinese Teaching Reform Base. So I began to think about teaching reform.

I think to be a pioneer in educational reform, we must study first. Learn from books, learn from life, and learn from the old-timers, so let's not talk about it. I want to talk about learning from students. Students come to learn from us, but they have something we don't. We should learn from their different thinking, what students are thinking and reading now. Let's take a look at the list of rich writers just released. There are four fantasy writers and some online writers in the top ten. It shows that our pure literature is in crisis now. If we don't understand this, you can't adjust your teaching.

I think being a pioneer in educational reform requires innovation. For a while, I wanted to carry out a language reform. Referring to teacher Zhao Qianxiang's green language and teacher Wang Songzhou's poetic language, I also want to put forward a new statement. I thought about it for a long time, consulted my tutors, Professor Zhou Qingyuan and Professor Zhang, and also had a discussion with Mr. Liu Bing in Changsha, Mr. Hu Zicai in Liuyang, our Guoguang principal, Director Dai, and our Chinese teacher in No.6 Middle School. There were many sparks, but due to the lack of innovation and practicality, they were all rejected in the end. I also want to ask our teachers here to give me some good opinions and suggestions. So in the end, I still put the construction of our base on the extracurricular reading we learned before and continue to do this better.

Chinese teachers should be poetic sowers.

My educational motto is: education should be a poetic life activity, and teachers should be good at sowing poetic seeds in students' hearts. This may have something to do with writing my own poems. Many friends know that I am a literary lover, mainly writing prose poems, old-style poems and new-style poems. But I think a Chinese teacher should be a poetic sower, which has nothing to do with this. This is the charm and noumenon requirement of Chinese itself. As I wrote in my article "Chinese gives you three reasons to be happy": Chinese can give you a poetic heart. Therefore, your thinking is free and ethereal, not philistine and dull. Because of poetry, you are in a modern city with cars, and you will still remember the country with cow dung in your heart; You face the intrigue, vulgar and dirty vanity fair, and you can still hear the fresh and pleasant songs of the ancients in your ears; Because of the poetic heart, you will cheer for the frolicking fish and birds, and you will be sad for the withering of spring flowers and the falling of autumn leaves; Because of the poetic mind, we will live poetically on this blue planet, beautiful and happy.

First of all, we should be a poetic person ourselves. Rooted in life, everyone can become a poet, and everyone should have poetic feelings, which will make our life and career happy. This feeling comes from our understanding of China's culture for thousands of years. It also comes from our understanding of the noisy world. Why foreign countries are more democratic, equal and pay attention to the spirit of contract. In fact, the simplest thing is that his people really understand life and the connotation of people. Many times we think that those literati are stupid, in fact, because they are too real and the society is too complicated. We often regard our ingratiation and sexual intercourse with secular society as cleverness. In fact, that is the biggest stupidity. Taoists and monks see through it, so they jump out of the world of mortals. This is a kind of wisdom. It is a kind of courage for a poet to stick to his own poetry and innocence while understanding the society. There is only one life, and we all have no next life. Therefore, we should live a frank, true, open-minded and poetic life. Of course, it doesn't take a while to understand this, but as a Chinese teacher, we always have some poetic feelings more or less than other teachers.

Then we will sow the seeds of poetry. In our teaching, let students feel the truth and accept the influence of beauty. Chinese teaching can be divided into basic knowledge teaching, reading teaching, composition teaching, oral communication and social practice activities. We should consciously penetrate into every link of Chinese teaching. This year's Mid-Autumn Festival, our class held a Mid-Autumn Festival poetry meeting. With the consent of the grade department and the class teacher, I took the students to the end of the month, and the effect was much better than the previous ones. When I was reviewing my students' weekly diary, I was once again moved by our Mid-Autumn Festival poetry meeting. I found that all the students in my class wrote about this poem meeting held before the Mid-Autumn Festival. This simply shocked me. I have been teaching for fifteen years, and no class has ever written one thing at the same time in a weekly diary without unified content.

Everyone has a primitive desire to pursue poetry and happiness in his heart. Our education itself should not be blunt, but should be poetic. Only this vivid and poetic education process can make our students love learning and be willing to learn. Poetry can also spread. Only when teachers teach in this poetic way can students learn with a poetic attitude and gradually feel poetic. With poetic feelings, no matter what situation you are in, you can feel the inner richness and happiness. Teaching, especially Chinese teaching, should consciously undertake the task of cultivating students' poetic feelings. Innovative activities sow poetic seeds in students' hearts with the help of beautiful texts, so that these seeds can take root in students' hearts and benefit them for life.
