Although as a rational person, moral law must be enforced, but moral law is also an absolute command to rational people. If law wants to care about human destiny and play a value-oriented role, it must be internalized into moral law in people's minds. Generally speaking, law is just an external rule. Without the internal value support of moral subject, this rule is a decoration, and it will become a purely hostile machine to human life. This rule is an external coercive force or even violence for people, which will lead to passive law-abiding and dictatorship. Only when people recognize the law, the law will no longer be the power of dissidents, and people can be kind to the law emotionally and consciously abide by the law in action. Otherwise, the law will exist in name only. This is what Hegel said: "When the individual has not known and understood the law, the law is violence in the eyes of the individual. ..... At first, the law must be mandatory violence. When people know the law and the law becomes their own law, it is not a foreign thing.
