Abstract: Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", most colleges and universities in China have emerged the incubator base for college students' entrepreneurship. This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of operation management mode, project resource management mode, base document construction and team building, aiming at optimizing its functions and making it a leader of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" on campus.

College students' business incubation base is an enterprise training base that provides college students with business platform and related resources, colleges provide places and related facilities, and adopts real e-commerce enterprise operation mode to improve their employment competitiveness and entrepreneurial ability.
