Appreciation of the ancient poem "Regret for the Past"
You hate the poem "Let the girls go in Anyi".

No gorge day, Qiu Jiang storm.

It rained all night in Baling, and Mulan was heartbroken.

Precautions:

① Baling: Yueyang, Hunan Province today.

(2) Mulan Song: Yuefu Song in the Southern Dynasties, in which women joined the army as fathers, is intended to be used flexibly.

Appreciate:

Yang Shen believes: "Poetry flourished in the Tang Dynasty, and its authors often rely on legendary novels and supernatural creatures to inherit the later generations, so their poems are very wonderful." ("Sheng An Shi" Volume 8) Later, when he "tried one or two things", the first example was this poem of great hatred. The name of the author of this poem has been lost, and the old saying is absurd, and it is often called "fairy ghost"

In fact, according to the poem itself and related legends, it can be roughly inferred that the protagonist in the poem should be a woman in Baling (now Yueyang), and the content of the poem is to express the feelings of "deep hatred", and the emotional appeal of the poem is quite similar to that of the dissatisfied wife poems in the Southern Dynasties.

This poem begins with a scene of divination. Divination is unlucky: there will be many storms in Qiu Jiang on the day of going to the gorge. Who is divining here? Who is going to the canyon? There is no clear explanation. But readers can imagine that it is the protagonist in the poem-a lonely woman who divines, but it is not herself who "goes to the gorge" (otherwise there is no need to predict the situation in the gorge), and it should be another role closely related to her. It can be inferred from the word "hidden hatred" that this role is either the woman's husband. That man is probably a businessman who values profits over points, and is going to do business from the upstream canyon along the river to Baling.

Going to the water, crossing the gorge, stormy weather and autumn, the boat trip is full of risks. The anxiety of this Baling woman can only be compared with that of Li Bai's eldest daughter: "When I was sixteen years old, you embarked on a long journey, through the canyons, rocks and swirling water in Qingtang. Then in the fifth month, I couldn't help it anymore, and the ape shouted in the sky. " An ominous premonition drove her to divination, but she got a frightening answer.

These two sentences are about things, and the last two sentences are about the creation of the environment. Following the above, it seems that evil divination has come true. It is raining cats and dogs. "It rained all night" means that the heroine stayed up all night. Listening to the falling rain outside the curtain, she couldn't help singing a sad song. In the Song of Mulan written by Yuefu in the Southern Dynasties, it was originally written that a woman joined the army instead of her father, but the first four sentences were: "Haw after haw, Mulan Weaver is the household. I can't hear the loom, but I hear the woman sigh. " Flexible use of its meaning here is a way out of context. Unhappy women can't sleep well and have no intention of knitting. She can only sigh, lament and cry. The sound of rain and singing are intertwined, forming a particularly bleak realm. With the help of this atmosphere, the complex feelings of missing, worrying and resentment of Baling women are strongly conveyed. As soon as the poem was written in the "heartbroken" place, it came to an abrupt end, like an unfinished story with a lingering aftertaste.
