Analysis and evaluation report on the present situation of continuing education of nursing staff
As an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff and meet the requirements of the society and the masses for the overall level and service quality of medical staff, nursing continuing education has gradually attracted the attention of hospitals and medical workers. Through the research on the current situation of nurses' continuing education in China, this paper analyzes its influencing factors and discusses the effective treatment methods of related influencing factors in order to promote the more effective implementation of the concept of quality nursing service.

With the increasing demand for health education, the demand for nursing talents is also rising. There is an urgent need for senior nursing talents in medical units [1]. Under the current situation, nurses can only supplement, update and expand their knowledge through nursing continuing education activities, so as to provide better services for patients [2]. Continuing nursing education encourages lifelong and transformational learning, which can continuously improve the professional knowledge and skill level of nursing staff, improve nursing quality and medical effect, and promote nurses and nursing career to keep pace with the times. In recent years, China's continuing nursing education has achieved rapid development and obvious results, but there are also some shortcomings that need to be further developed and improved. Based on my own experience and recent literature research, this paper analyzes the present situation of continuing nursing education in China and its related influencing factors. The specific report is as follows.

1 analysis of domestic situation

In China, more than 6 1.3% nurses have a clear understanding of continuing nursing education, and more than 92.0% of them have realized the necessity and importance of continuing nursing education [3]. The results showed that [4], more than 92.2% nurses who participated in continuing education were familiar with the value of continuing education. It can be seen that clinical nurses' awareness and attention to continuing education have improved. Nurses' participation in continuing education has a strong purpose, and most nurses can realize the important influence of continuing education on their career and professional development. However, there are still 2 1.2% nurses who can't get the required credits by participating in continuing education, training and study, 24.9% think that the purpose of continuing education is to facilitate the promotion of professional titles, and 15.8% think that the purpose is to get credits [5]. It is suggested that nursing managers should strengthen the ideological education and guidance for nursing staff when making nursing continuing education plans, so as to change passive learning into active learning and improve their learning enthusiasm. Compared with developed countries, there is a certain gap in the content, form and enthusiasm of nursing staff in China. Nursing managers should fully mobilize the enthusiasm of nursing staff to participate in continuing education, innovate the content and form of continuing education, and strengthen the close relationship between continuing education and clinical practice in order to promote the effective implementation of continuing education.

2. Influencing factors of continuing education

2. 1 Education, working years and technical titles

According to Tan et al. [6], college nurses have a strong demand for continuing education; The higher the position, the higher the professional title of nurses, and the higher the demand for continuing education. With the increase of college nursing graduates year by year, on-the-job nurses have a sense of crisis. They need to constantly enrich themselves and learn advanced theories and technologies to avoid being eliminated by the times. This requires nursing managers to arrange corresponding continuing education contents according to different academic qualifications, working years and technical titles to meet the needs of nursing staff at different levels for all aspects of knowledge.

2.2 understanding of continuing education

Continuing nursing education in China is an additional education to supplement, update, broaden and improve the knowledge of on-the-job nurses [7]. The effectiveness of continuing education depends largely on the initiative and consciousness of nursing staff.

Can nursing staff take the initiative to learn?

It depends on nurses' understanding of the necessity of continuing education. The main purpose of nurses' continuing education is to improve their working ability, make up for the lack of knowledge and adapt to the changes of society and medical system. This requires nurses to change the concept of continuing education as soon as possible, strengthen their understanding of the importance of continuing education, make clear the goal of participating in continuing education, and constantly improve their comprehensive quality.

2.3 ways and means of continuing education

At present, the traditional face-to-face teaching is the main teaching form in regular hospitals in China. In China, linking continuing nursing education with credits is helpful to strengthen nurses' attention to continuing education, but it also leads some nurses to continue education simply to get credits, which affects the effect of continuing education. This requires nurses to improve their understanding of continuing education in order to improve their ability and enrich their knowledge. At the same time, nursing managers should enrich the ways and means of continuing education and improve their interest in continuing education.

2.4 Continuing education time and assessment methods

In China, 70.5% of nurses think that they are under pressure when attending continuing education and training [8]. There is a certain gap between the doctor-nurse ratio and the nurse-patient ratio in most hospitals in China and the international level, which leads to long working hours, heavy workload and insufficient rest time for nurses. Nurses' continuing education is mostly arranged in rest time. In order to ensure the effect of continuing education, more routine examinations are often arranged, which takes up too much rest time for nurses and affects their enthusiasm for continuing education. This requires nursing managers to reduce the occupation of nursing staff's rest time when making nursing continuing education plans, to test the effectiveness of continuing education in clinical work, and to adopt various forms of assessment instead of a single paper examination.

3 discussion

Continuing education of nursing staff is a lifelong nursing education after graduation, which focuses on learning new theories, new knowledge, new technologies and new methods. It is an effective way for nurses to constantly update their knowledge and "recharge their batteries". Through the analysis of the present situation and influencing factors of nursing continuing education in China, it is pointed out that although nursing continuing education in China has developed to some extent, nurses must actively increase their knowledge, renew their consciousness and implement lifelong education system in order to keep up with the pace of development of the times. Nursing managers should strengthen the guidance and education of nursing staff, adopt flexible teaching methods, reasonably arrange and adjust the time of continuing education, implement diversified assessment methods of continuing education, and update the contents of continuing education in time. Encourage nurses to take part in the self-taught examination, attach importance to the standardized management of the self-taught examination, and form an organized and planned long-term training mechanism for nursing talents, so as to promote the smooth progress of continuing education and ensure the effective implementation of the concept of nursing quality service.
