Abstract: Gujiao Tian Tian Express is a religious franchise enterprise. The company has long been responsible for parcel sorting and delivery in Ji Gu ao distinct. However, in recent years, with the development of e-commerce, the competition has become more and more fierce, and the differentiation has become smaller and smaller. Due to the lack of diversity in service content, the package is easily damaged in the last mile delivery and many other shortcomings, the company has left a poor impression on its customers. In addition, the improper location of the sorting and distribution center leads to the high freight cost of "last mile distribution", and more seriously, the company has no extra funds to develop other new businesses. In view of these situations, this paper will consider the solutions that can be adopted, especially the advantages and problems of "last mile delivery" analyzed by staff SWOT, and effectively change Tian Tian Express by using the sense of supply chain and the appropriate method of location selection of distribution center. Finally, in order to solve the delivery problem of the last mile, this paper puts forward the concept of "wireless city" and introduces the application of self-service express box and RFID technology.
In a word, this paper aims to strengthen the service consciousness of "last mile delivery" in enterprises and provide reference for further improvement of enterprises.
