1 Foreword The 300 MW units #3 and # 4 of Meng Yao Power Plant are three-cylinder double-row intermediate reheat steam turbines imported from France by Alstom Company. This machine is equipped with three-sided high-pressure heater of Cockerell Company in Belgium. The heater was put into operation at the end of 1985. After 100 startup and shutdown, until now, two sets of high-pressure heaters are running normally and in good condition. The Power Station Project Office of Shanghai Economic Commission has developed a 300MW peak-shaving unit by digesting and absorbing the advanced technology of imported units, and organized personnel to conduct a comprehensive investigation and analysis on the imported equipment of Meng Yao Power Plant, providing reference and selection for auxiliary machinery manufacturing industry. 2 Meng Yao Power Plant imported high-pressure heater steam-water system and its characteristics ...
