First, the daily management of teachers should reflect the characteristics of flexibility.
Teachers' work is highly intelligent and needs enthusiasm, subjective initiative and creativity. Teachers should teach students in accordance with their aptitude and adapt to local conditions. Temporary disposal right? . First of all, teachers should be given greater autonomy in the teaching process, and teachers can freely choose research topics and teaching contents without being limited by the institutional framework; Let teachers have the right to decide the basic progress of the course, the basic teaching methods, the setting of basic teaching contents, the selection of teaching materials, the standards and methods of assessment, and the right to freely arrange teaching time and even teaching places. Second, teachers should be guaranteed full academic freedom. Only with academic freedom can there be real teaching freedom.
Two, in the process of teacher management should reflect the characteristics of participation.
In the current teacher management, there is an obvious power imbalance between managers and management objects, and teachers do not have enough power to make decisions, supervise and participate. In order to make the school more benign and efficient, the school should create a harmonious democratic atmosphere and let managers change from the past. Do everything? Change and strengthen service and guidance. Secondly, we should fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in teaching management and create an atmosphere of attaching importance to teaching and educating people. Teachers play a leading role in talent training. Teaching management must attach importance to teachers' democratic participation and actively seek teachers' opinions and suggestions on teaching quality and leading cadres.
Third, give teachers challenging jobs.
Compared with ordinary staff, teachers pay more attention to the realization of their own values and strongly expect to be recognized by schools and society. They are not satisfied with passively completing general affairs, but try their best to pursue perfect results. Therefore, they are more keen on challenging jobs and regard overcoming difficulties as a kind of fun and a way to show their self-worth. To make the work challenging, in addition to decentralization of decision-making, it can also be achieved through job rotation and job enrichment.
When the teacher feels that the current job is no longer challenging, the school leaders can rotate him to another post with the same level and similar technology. In the process of enriching the work content, the following five principles should be observed:
1. Increase the responsibility and difficulty of the work; 2. Giving teachers more responsibilities; 3. Give teachers autonomy; 4. Feedback relevant work performance to teachers in time; 5. Conduct necessary training for teachers.
Fourth, establish a flexible evaluation mechanism.
Although there are some problems in the current teacher evaluation system, some schools do not hesitate to record the evaluation results in teachers' teaching files, which is linked to teachers' actual interests. This not only damages the fair principle of evaluation, but also seriously dampens the enthusiasm of teachers to teach seriously. To make teaching evaluation relatively fair, we should do the following. First, when evaluating teachers' performance, we should not only listen to students' feedback, but also listen to teachers' self-evaluation and other teachers' opinions. Second, in the evaluation criteria, we should not only emphasize whether the teaching form has diversified means, but also consider whether the teacher's teaching is forward-looking, whether the classroom teaching is organically combined with the students' learning practice and social life, whether the teacher's teaching can cultivate the students' innovative spirit and divergent thinking, and whether the teacher's teaching can respect and consciously guide the students' autonomous learning consciousness. Third, the evaluation system should avoid misleading subjective factors. Don't have evaluation items such as approachability, try to make the evaluation system objective and fair. Fourthly, the combination of flexible management and rigid management can objectively and comprehensively reflect the level of teachers and ensure the accuracy and fairness of evaluation.
Fifth, care for teachers and make them loyal to the cause of education.
First of all, schools should care about teachers' health. Because teachers are engaged in mental work and lack proper exercise and entertainment, in the long run, health will be threatened.
Secondly, schools should care about teachers' family life and try their best to help teachers achieve a balance between work and family. So that school teachers can finish their work efficiently before, during and after work? Personal? So you can have more time to concentrate on your work. It is also necessary to explain the hardships of teachers' work at the teachers' congress, hoping to get their understanding and support. This can promote teachers and their whole families' loyalty to the school and their pursuit of education.
In addition, in the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is updated very quickly, and teachers' skills will age with time. Schools should increase investment in teacher training and development, and provide teachers with learning opportunities to receive education and constantly improve their skills. We should start with school-based, develop teachers' resources and truly realize humanized management of teachers.
