In daily study, work and life, everyone will inevitably come into contact with papers. Thesis is a comprehensive style, through which we can directly see a person's comprehensive ability and professional foundation. I believe many people will find it difficult to write a paper. The following is my paper on class management and rules, I hope it will help you.
abstract:
Class rules are an extremely important part of class management, which can make the class run well collectively. As a class teacher, we should pay attention to cultivating students' awareness of basic rules and help students enhance their ability to implement rules. This paper briefly talks about my practice from three aspects: the importance, formulation and implementation of class rules, hoping to help the class teacher.
Key words:
Class teacher; Class management; rule
Introduction:
Class rules refer to the general standards of behavior or expected behavior. In class management, it includes a series of guidelines to guide students to behave appropriately and avoid bad behavior. Class rules are an extremely important part of class management. Maintaining good class discipline and reducing or eliminating students' bad behavior are the main contents of class management. It is an important goal for teachers to establish a good class order and provide a suitable learning environment, all of which need the support of rules.
"Without rules, there is no Fiona Fang", and rules are the premise to ensure a good social order. Any organization or collective should have rules, whether at the national level, small families or small collectives, there should be clear laws and regulations to restrain individual behavior and ensure all aspects of activities. Well-known educationists Gude and Brophy think: "The most sensible thing for teachers is to spend some time listening to students' opinions at the beginning of a school year and explain to them why rules should be made, which will eventually build teachers' credibility and reduce students' tendency to give teachers problems throughout the school year. "The importance of rules in the class is self-evident.
1. Rules are a means of class management and a contract for class service. So how can a class teacher make reasonable class rules?
The formulation of class rules should take students as the main body. The formulation of class rules serves the better development of students, so students should be the main body of class rules. As a teacher with 8 years' experience as a head teacher in junior high school, I think reasonable class rules generally begin after the first week of school. First, the teacher puts forward the draft, and the teacher and the students discuss and determine it. Doing so not only gives students a week to adapt to the new life, but also gives teachers time to observe and understand the students, and can discuss this week's problems on the basis of facts. Such class rules are grounded and are also in the process of discussing and solving problems.
(A) the formulation of class rules should respect the law of students' development.
People's psychological and physiological development follows certain laws, so this factor should be taken into account when making class rules and respect students' development. In my middle school, the students are all between 13 and 15, and they are at the beginning of their rebellious period. Their world outlook has not yet been fully formed, and their characteristics at this stage are instability, poor self-control, ignorance of mistakes and unconsciousness. Therefore, we should take this characteristic into account when making class rules. Class rules should not be too absolute, so students should know their mistakes and correct them. If you don't give students such an opportunity and just punish them blindly, it will violate the original intention of making class rules. Because the formulation of class rules is first of all to guide and correct rather than punish.
(2) Rules are made for implementation, and the effectiveness of implementation tests the rationality of class rules.
Class rules are implemented in all aspects of daily life. Class rules are used to regulate students' behavior, so we should put them in place in all aspects of daily life. Mid-term students are very smart, very smart. If you just make class rules and stick them on the wall, the teacher will take advantage of the loopholes and take the "edge ball" route. In the long run, the class rules will be useless. Therefore, I always do what I say to students, so that students can truly understand, respect and implement the rules. For example, in morning classes, I ask students to be "tangible and tolerant". Formally, students can read independently (in class, after class, reading aloud or silently according to their own needs). As far as content is concerned, they must study hard. I will spot-check the' content' I read early in my spare time. Only in this way can we make efficient use of morning reading time.
(three) the implementation of class rules, with praise as the main, supplemented by punishment.
Class rules are by no means printed. Students' self-control ability is not strong. Even if they have a sense of rules and know what to do and what not to do, there will still be many difficulties in the implementation process. But I don't think education without praise and encouragement is education, and education without criticism is incomplete education. So I choose to give priority to praise and improve as a whole. I will use praise and encouragement to affirm students' performance. No matter whether students are good or bad, "encouragement" can give support and care, especially when students suffer setbacks, students will feel accepted and affirmed by teachers. In addition, I always remind myself that words are often more harmful than physical punishment. When I remind or persuade students, I mostly choose positive sentences instead of negative ones. For example, during recess, some students play in the corridor or stairwell. I never say, "How many times have I told you not to run and jump in the stairwell? Why don't you understand? I will punish you next time. " Instead, they will say to the students, "I'm afraid you will get hurt." A close call. I am very nervous to watch you do this. " I found that after I said this, my classmates would show embarrassed expressions, and I will do the same in the future.
(4) The implementation of class rules needs constant supervision.
The effect of the implementation of class rules comes from the way the class teacher handles the students who violate the rules. When dealing with students' misconduct, students should not only understand the consequences, but also have a sense of rules to reflect on their own behavior. And this process should be understood by other students, that is, supervision. Only when students are clear about the consequences of this behavior and what kind of responsibilities they bear can the rules be internalized into the rules of students' self-discipline. This is self-supervision. In addition, the head teacher also needs to establish an external supervision system, because the rules are formulated by everyone and need to be observed by everyone. External supervision ensures the fairness and justice of the rules, thus maximizing the binding force of the rules. The restraint of others is the starting point, and the restraint of oneself is the goal. Only by borrowing from each other and working together can the class rules really exert their strength and gradually form a class group with good habits.
Two. conclusion
Rules are the method of class management and the content of education, and rules education is the work of class teachers. The head teacher needs to keep learning to do a good job in rule education.
