taekwondo

This summer vacation, I went to the Extreme Taekwondo Gymnasium to learn Taekwondo. 65438+ 0 pm is the time for me to learn Taekwondo. Taekwondo is a kind of martial arts based on Korean classical martial arts and karate. Taekwondo is divided into nine grades, because it has just been learned, so there is still a leucorrhea.

When you arrive at Taekwondo Hall, you should salute the national flag for 5 seconds, then do warm-up exercises, and then run. The coach told us to keep our mouths shut when we started running. No matter how uncomfortable we are, we can only breathe through our noses and open our mouths at the back. After running for one or two laps, I was sweating and panting, and I felt my heart beat faster. Then, the coach asked us to line up in four rows and did leg lifts, belly jumps, forward rolls and so on.

Here are a few moves by leg press, which stumped me. Because I haven't practiced, my figure is slightly fat, and I am so tired that I sweat all over. The coach asked me to demonstrate that this is the standard. I'm so happy. Class will be over in ten minutes. After a good rest, the coach told the students with yellow belt and above to stand back and be taught by another coach, who taught us leucorrhea himself. We are practicing Tai Chi. Some five-or six-year-old children are always confused, which makes us laugh. The coach seemed to think that I practiced very well, so he told me to go to the front and said to the young students, "If you can't, just follow this big sister!" I'm a little nervous. I accidentally made a few mistakes, but I corrected them immediately to prevent everyone from making mistakes with me. When I came down from above, my heart was as sweet as honey.

My biggest experience after learning Taekwondo is to increase my self-confidence. I think this will be of great help to me all my life. Let me know that I am not afraid of difficulties and face them bravely. It embodies these aspects: courtesy, honesty and shame, patience (not courtesy and shame), self-denial and unyielding. This is the spirit of Taekwondo.

Although practicing Taekwondo is very hard, I still like it very much, because practicing Taekwondo can not only defend myself, but also exercise. This is killing two birds with one stone!
