The most common type of annotation is annotation. A comment is a comment icon that appears on a page, and it is a pop-up comment that contains text information. You can adjust the size of the note box at will. When the text information you enter exceeds the size of the comment box, the comment box will automatically generate a scroll bar for your reference. You can add comments anywhere in the page or document area. Please read the following detailed introduction carefully.

Add comments Click the comment tool in the toolbar, or select the comment menu >; Note-taking tool.

Click where you want to place the note, or drag to create a custom-sized window.

Enter text in the pop-up comment. You can also use the text selection tool to copy and paste the text in a PDF document into a note, or use Ctrl+C to copy the contents of a note into other applications.

Edit Annotation Click to annotate the text information.

Make changes as needed.

To change the size of the pop-up comment box, drag the resize button in the lower right corner.

To move the position of the pop-up comment box, drag the title bar of the comment box to another position.

To return to the default location of the pop-up comment box, right-click the comment icon > select reset pop-up comment.

When finished, click the title bar of the pop-up comment box, or click anywhere outside the pop-up dialog box.

(Optional) To hide the pop-up dialog box, do any of the following. When the cursor moves to the note icon, the text information will be automatically displayed on the right side of the note icon.

A. click the close button in the upper right corner of the pop-up comment box.

B. double-click the comment icon.

C. Right-click the annotation icon and select Close Pop-up Annotation.

D Select Close Pop-up Notes from the Options menu in the upper right corner of the pop-up notes window.

If you bought Fuxin Reader Professional Edition or Form Designer, you can use the spelling checker. When you enter text in the pop-up notes window, you will be prompted to download the spelling checker package if it is not installed on your computer.

If you install a spelling checker, when you enter English text, if you find a spelling mistake, you will draw a wavy line under the misspelled word and highlight it. Right-click these misspelled words and you will see a list of recommended replacement words.

Choose a correct word to replace from the recommendation list, or choose to ignore it.

Adjust Note Alignment Select Note Tool, Hand Tool or Note Selection Tool.

Select the note tool, hand tool or note selection tool to delete notes.

Do any of the following:

A. select the note icon, and then press the Delete key.

B. Right-click the annotation icon and select Delete from the right-click menu.

C select "delete" from the "options" menu in the pop-up note window.
