Brief Introduction to the Author of Furniture Appraisal in Ming and Qing Dynasties
Wang Zhengshu, 1966 graduated from high school and received professional training in the national archaeological training course held by 1973 Yangtze River Basin Planning Office. Later, he was engaged in archaeological excavations and cultural relics research for a long time. He used to be the deputy director of the technical research department of Shanghai Museum, and now he is an associate researcher of Shanghai Museum, an academic member of Shanghai Museum, and a special expert of Shanghai Cultural Talents Certification Center.

This paper mainly studies China ancient jade and China Ming and Qing furniture. He has published Description of Ming Road Tomb in Pudong, Shanghai, Excavation of Han Group in Fuquan, Shaanxi, Textual Research on the Authenticity of Mao Gang in Han Dynasty, My Opinion on the Inscriptions in Han Dynasty, Supplementary Interpretation of the Inscriptions on Exquisite Immortals in shanghai jade carving, Research on Jade Cone of Liangzhu Culture, Jade Unearthed from Ming Tomb in Dapuqiao, Shanghai, and Research on Furniture and Articles Collected in Shanghai Museum, etc. He has written dozens of papers such as Textual Research on Jade Carving Belt and Waist Penetration in Yuan Dynasty, Structural Dating of Jade Carving Belt in Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, Investigation on Cultural Ownership of Qijia Cultural Jade and Wu Dacheng's Jade Collection, Supplementary Interpretation of Oracle Bone Inscriptions's "Pian", and other works such as Furniture Collection Presented to Shanghai Museum by Makers in Ming and Qing Dynasties, and Jade Articles of Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties Unearthed in Shanghai.
