1, put the cursor at the bottom of the last page without header;

2. Click the Insert menu and select the delimiter command in the drop-down menu, as shown;

3. In the pop-up dialog box, under section break Type, select Next Page, as shown.

In this way, deleting the contents of the header will not affect the following contents.
