Culture-loaded words and cultural elements are not the same concept, the former should be included in the latter, that is to say, cultural elements include culture-loaded words, because culture-loaded words belong to the category of language, and language is a kind of culture.

Cultural element

According to academic literature, cultural factors or cultural characteristics are communication components influenced by age, gender differences and intimate relationships between people. They show different forms in different scenes. The carrier of cultural elements is communication means, that is, the so-called "behavioral elements", including speech, auxiliary language and nonverbal behavior. But to be specific in life, some cultural elements are substantial things, such as calligraphy, such as Chinese knots, Chinese medicine, red lanterns, ancient money, gardens and so on.
