Education and qualifications. Have a bachelor's degree or above in a corresponding major (after graduation from follow-up education 1 year), and have been engaged in professional and technical work for more than 5 years after obtaining the corresponding associate senior professional and technical qualification.

Thesis conditions. During the appointment of deputy senior professional and technical positions, one of the following conditions shall be met:

1. Publish at least four professional papers of the first author (each with no less than 1500 words), of which at least two are published in Chinese core journals and the rest are published in statistical source journals.

2. At least four professional papers of the first author (each with no less than 1500 words) are published in medical and health institutions at or below the county level, including at least 1 Chinese core journals, at least 1 statistical source journals, and the other two can be published in official medical journals.
