Mr. Lu Xun once said: "If there is only science in the world, then life will die." It means that aesthetic education is indispensable to life, and literature and art are indispensable spiritual food for human beings.
Whenever we talk about science, people will immediately see white-haired, wrinkled, shriveled and old scientists. In the eyes of ordinary people, science is profound, difficult to understand and boring, and has nothing to do with beauty.
In fact, science is not only beautiful, but also extraordinary and beautiful.
Now, a real scientist, Academician Du Xiangwan, Vice President of China Academy of Sciences, came to our school to give a speech on "Science is Beautiful", and this speech also benefited me a lot.
Although Academician Du Xiangwan is a 70-year-old man, his calm, modest, passionate and energetic speech deeply touched everyone present. He led us into a colorful scientific world with the theme of "What is the smallest in the world".
Academician Du once gave an example in his speech: Everyone knows that Deng Jiaxian is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a founding father of two bombs. He and his team made China take another big step forward in nuclear weapons and equipment. But who knows the hardships behind this!
Academician Deng Jiaxian, when receiving the research project, also offered to keep it secret from anyone. When he got home, he just said he was going on a business trip. His wife asked him where he was on a business trip, and he said, I can't say. Asked when he would come back, he said, I can't say. When asked if he could write to him, he said no. In this way, he left home and concentrated on studying nuclear weapons outside.
In a test explosion, because the nuclear bomb could not be successfully dropped, Deng Jiaxian proposed to land with the bomb and asked other personnel to retreat to a safe area, but he stayed where he was. Others advised him to leave, but he said, "Since I am the general manager of this project, I will be responsible for this project to the end."
Success comes from unremitting efforts, selfless dedication and bold attempts. It is because of the persistence and efforts of these scientists that the birth of the hydrogen bomb and the successful launch of the manned spacecraft have led to China's present achievements.
In the future, the development of science and the progress of China will depend on the wisdom and unremitting efforts of our generation. Academician Du Xiangwan also wrote in the poem "Expressing My Feelings-Giving Young Friends": "The pace of life is solid, and all friends are new, working together to forge a new road, not an idle teenager. Young people's heads, the afterlife can be praised, and then woven splendid! "
Yes! The present 2 1 century is our century, and the new road in the future needs our generation to cut through difficulties and blaze new trails.
But scientific development is a process of continuous progress. I think we should not only learn what science has, but also learn all its qualities that we don't have.
Due to the complexity of the project itself, one-off, limited resources and time, there are often large variables in its final quality, which directly affect th
