The difference between modified retirement and retrial
After reviewing the paper, the reviewer will write down the problems in the paper, that is, the revision opinions, or mark them in the paper and send them to the author. The author needs to carefully revise the paper according to the revised document, and then send the revised document to the reviewers for review. This is called retrial after revision. After the paper is reviewed, the reviewer directly rejects the manuscript, and the severity of withdrawing the revision is higher than that of retrial after the revision. But on the whole, the meaning expressed by withdrawing from revision and retrial after revision is similar. If there is no mandatory requirement, the author can continue to revise the paper according to the revision opinions before submitting it.

The review is divided into three parts.

1, preliminary review by editorial department.

2. Expert external audit.

3. Editorial review.

The author will see if there are any changes in the editorial department, and then send them according to the changes. If not, they will be sent directly to the external audit. There is basically no big problem in the first trial, but after all, I didn't feel at ease until I was informed of the draft.
