During the period of11-2010.5 in 2009, I worked in Kony Crane (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Huihao Real Estate Co., Ltd. successively. Internship is the first time that I officially stepped into the society, set foot on my job and started a completely different life from the past. Go to work at the specified time every day, and finish your tasks on time during work seriously, and don't make a move. I learned a lot in these two work units, but I learned the most in Huihao Real Estate Co., Ltd. and benefited a lot.
Growth process
During my three-month internship in Huihao Real Estate Co., Ltd., I accepted the company's training and practiced all aspects of the second-hand housing transaction process: housing search, housing release, housing search, negotiation, contract signing, payment transfer and transaction. I think the most basic and important thing is to announce the housing and find customers. Without customers, there is nothing to see, let alone pay. Actually, work is really tiring. In the process of market adjustment, I go out early and return late every day, from one building to another, from one community to another, and I have been investigating. My leg hurts so much that I lose consciousness at the end of the day, but I will continue the next day. I tried to give up several times and just left. I'm so tired. But I want others to insist. Why can't I? That's all I can do. That's all I can do. No, I didn't give up, so I persisted. It's okay. It's good to have a rest when you are tired. Your heart is hurt. If you can't figure it out, the pain won't go away. When I first called to communicate with customers, I was always rejected or even scolded, and I felt very wronged. I did nothing wrong. Why should I bear such great anger? I can't figure it out. Later, I got used to it. There are all kinds of people in the world. Some salespeople are of low quality and often cheat customers. Of course, customers will be disgusted when they get a call. Later, by strengthening the practice of telephone communication and constantly improving communication skills, this bad situation has been improved to some extent. I'm actually very happy at work. When I face everything with optimism every day and try my best to improve the situation, I have fighting spirit and passion, which enriches my work and life. I found the focus of my work, enriched my life, and my mood flew with it. From the initial passivity to the later initiative, it is attributed to the growth of the mind.
Practical understanding
Internship is the first time that I live alone, relying entirely on myself, without the help of my parents and people who care about me. Because of independence, I can deeply understand the hardships of life, the bitterness and joy of work, and let me grow up quickly. During my internship, I learned a lot, mainly as follows:

In real estate transactions, other sales industries should be the same. If you introduce it to customers without preparation, you will definitely not be trusted or even despised by customers. If you don't know your own product, you won't know its characteristics, introduce the key points and attract customers. If you don't know the market situation of your industry and the advantages and disadvantages of your competitors, you can't answer customers' doubts about the market situation and show your company's advantages. Then why do you trust your customers and your company? Without trust, you are not allowed to serve.
So at the beginning, the company trained our newcomers, let us understand the whole transaction process, and analyze how to deal with the problems encountered in each link, matters needing attention and so on. And let's go to the market to learn about the environment of each community, the specific location of each building, the introduction route, room type, floor, decoration, property management and so on. All this is to prepare us and make us more professional. When you are familiar with your market and your products, you will be more confident and confident. When introducing products, you can combine the needs of customers, highlight the characteristics of products that attract customers, and add your professional image to make customers trust you easily.
