Now engaged in: fixture setting, cad drawing, processing technology arrangement, workshop director.
I am responsible for technical management in the above projects, and my work is serious and meticulous. I have been pursuing scientific management, and I have strict requirements on construction quality, thus ensuring the first-time qualification rate of 100%.
In management, I strengthen quality management, cost management, schedule management and safety management.
In terms of quality management, I take strengthening the management of lifelong responsibility system for quality, clarifying responsibilities and strengthening management responsibility cards as the key points in the construction process, so as to ensure the quality of each construction process is qualified, and at the same time increase the daily management of quality, so that the construction of the next working procedure cannot be carried out if this working procedure is unqualified, and ensure that each working procedure is controlled. At the same time, strengthen the technical disclosure before construction, the preparation and implementation supervision of the scheme. Strict implementation of various standards in the work, strengthening process quality control, implementing quality wage system and high quality and good price have promoted the creation of high-quality projects.
In the aspect of cost management, we should make a good cost forecast before construction and implement dynamic monitoring management during construction, so that the project cost will always run under an orderly and controllable management system. In actual construction, it is forbidden to rework in a large area on site, use materials reasonably, use old waste and minimize project investment. At the same time, strengthen the management of machines and tools, check them regularly, do a good job of maintenance, improve the comprehensive utilization rate and ensure long-term operation.
In terms of project schedule management, in view of the tight project schedule, large amount of tasks and non-delivery of materials and equipment in recent years, in order to ensure that the construction tasks at the control points are completed on time, I carefully organize, make good preparations for construction, and implement weekly plan management to ensure daily, monthly and weekly. Reasonable division of construction stages, using parallel flow construction method.
In terms of strengthening safety management, according to the characteristics of long construction time, responsible on-site construction environment and frequent interchange operations, we will strengthen safety management on the construction site, strengthen employees' awareness of self-protection, insist on giving priority to safety work, strengthen safety and fire prevention education for all employees, and establish a system that everyone is responsible for safety and fire prevention, so as to ensure safety, implementation and inspection every day.
In many years of on-site work, I have always played my strengths with a positive attitude and worked actively. In XX, the rationalization proposal was put forward in the first distillation capacity expansion project of Dalian Petrochemical Company, which saved 200,000 yuan for the project, not only reduced the construction difficulty, but also improved the construction efficiency. In the case of tight construction period, heavy tasks and hard working conditions, the reasonable division of construction stages ensured the construction quality and created good conditions for early completion, which won high praise from many leaders such as Party A and the supervisor.
