1. Engineering ships play a very important role in the regulation and construction of rapids in Guizhou mountainous areas, and their applicability and scientificity directly affect the economic benefits of the construction unit. At present, there are various types of engineering ships in various water systems in China. Since 1970s, many types of engineering ships have been born. With the great improvement of waterway conditions in various water systems, the original engineering ships can no longer meet the needs of the times, and there are problems such as low unit dynamic load index and high energy consumption, especially the engineering ships that adapt to the rapids in Wujiang mountain area have yet to be developed.

Since 2009, the construction unit and ship designers have visited the waterway conditions of Wujiang River system for many times, actively consulted relevant experts and scientific and technological departments inside and outside the province, and combined with the characteristics of ship regulation of "two rivers and one river" and Chishui River in our province, developed a design scheme with the goal of saving ship energy consumption, reducing fuel consumption, improving ship technical and economic indicators, being economical and practical, people-oriented, reducing workers' labor intensity, scientific construction equipment and improving economic benefits. This paper introduces the mountain rapids construction ship developed by Guizhou Province.

After hydropower development, Wujiang river basin has become a cascade reservoir area, and the tail water section of the reservoir area belongs to a typical mountain rapids. The change of geology and geomorphology has turned into a natural original channel with large beach, steep beach, danger, shallowness, narrowness and much siltation.

Through the detailed demonstration and summary of Chishui River and the construction of "two rivers and one river", the experience of real ship operation is collected; In view of the similar natural conditions of the three-channel waterway, in the dry season (gate opening), the water flow is slow, which is convenient for construction, the water depth of the waterway is limited, and the draft of the ship is limited, so it is impossible to reach the construction site by itself. During construction in flood season, the water level is too high, and the beach is large, urgent and dangerous, so it is difficult for ships to locate on the beach. In addition, the river is turbid, the regulation effect is very poor, the investment is large, and the work efficiency is low, which can not meet the construction needs at all. Therefore, on this basis, the following scheme has been developed.

5. Characteristics of the proposed ship type

5.3 Strong applicability

The ship has good floating state and draft adjustment. The draft of the stone carrier is guaranteed to be below 1.2m, and the draft of the stone grab is below 0.9m, which ensures the economic index of the ship. At the same time, the stone truck adopts the hydraulic cylinder of the concave side door of the main deck to push the unloading mode, and at the same time, it has the load capacity to improve the safety and reliability.
