Outline of children's piano education
On Children's Piano Education Now, with the improvement of people's living standards, more and more children are beginning to learn piano. In fact, parents let their children learn piano more to develop their intelligence and skills, so the purpose of children learning piano is to cultivate their memory, coordination and concentration, and lay a good quality foundation for future study and work.

We all know that the earlier you learn the piano, the better, because the range of hands, the tension between fingers and the elasticity of finger joints are decisive factors for learners' future development. And these, while young, finger joints and key membranes are still relatively soft, so effective training is of great benefit to finger function. However, because early childhood has its special psychological performance, it is more important to cultivate children's interest. Because of incomplete psychological development in early childhood, there is a lack of willpower and sense of responsibility. Although they are curious, if they can't turn their curiosity into a strong interest in music in time, they will inevitably get tired of boring fingering practice over time, and then become insensitive to music, which is just a mechanical movement of their fingers. Therefore, preschool piano teachers must be familiar with children's psychology and pedagogy.

Many parents want their children to learn piano, but they don't know how old it is most suitable for their children to learn piano. Physicians have found that musicians' brains are much more developed than ordinary people, especially the left hemisphere of the brain has a larger capacity than ordinary people. The fibers between the left and right brains are also thicker than ordinary people. These brain physiological characteristics are more prominent in the brains of people who began to learn music before the age of 7. According to an expert survey, there are two important musical development periods in a person's life: one is 2-6 years old before school, and the other is 12- 15 years old when he was a student. As far as learning piano is concerned, children aged 4-5 years old have already possessed certain integration and autonomy, which is the best time to start learning piano and other musical instruments. However, infant psychology tells us that the intentional attention of children aged three or four is only five to ten minutes, and that of children aged five or six is only about twenty minutes at most. Therefore, in children's piano teaching, piano teachers are not only required to master correct and skilled piano playing skills, but also pay attention to children's psychological and physiological characteristics. Make children have a lasting interest in the process of learning this course, thus spontaneously generating requirements for learning and getting encouragement and encouragement from it.

So how can we better educate children about piano enlightenment?

First of all, we must cultivate children's correct playing posture. As the saying goes, only when the saplings are planted in the right place can the trees grow straight. Playing the piano in a scientific posture from an early age can gradually realize the correct use of the weight and strength of the body to touch the keys and improve the accuracy of playing.

So, what kind of playing posture is correct?

First, the body should be aligned with the center of the keyboard, sit up straight but not stiff, and lean forward slightly. The purpose of leaning forward is to transfer the whole body's strength to the fingertips of both hands when playing. But don't bend your spine, loosen your back and shoulders and persevere.

Second, when you put your hands on the keyboard, keep the height of your elbows and forearms consistent with the keyboard.

Third, the sitting position is slightly forward from the upper body, the arms naturally droop, the left and right elbows naturally relax, and unfold slightly to the outside of the body; Lower body, pay attention to the thigh root slightly tilted to the knee, the position of the knee is below the piano edge, and the foot is slightly extended forward.

Fourth, the hand shape should be relaxed, the fingers naturally bend, and touch the keys with the meat pad at the end of the fingers. The metacarpal joint naturally arches, like holding a ball in vain, and the wrist is about parallel to the keyboard. The first joint of the thumb only touches the position near the edge of the piano key with the outer end of the finger, and the four fingers and the little finger should be kept straight.

We can understand the above correct playing knowledge at a glance, but how to inspire beginners? After my recent internship, I summed up some experience. I think teaching children to play in the right posture is mainly to let them imitate by demonstrating and to inspire them with some simple metaphors. For example, you should learn to relax all your arms and wrists before learning to play. Don't be nervous or stiff. It's like holding a pen in your hand and falling down as soon as you put it down. If there is no table to stop it, it will fall to the ground. If you don't fall in mid-air, it's the same to relax your arm. It's like when something falls to the ground, your arm will naturally droop and you must not hang in mid-air. If you hang in mid-air, you won't completely relax. The next step is how to let children learn the correct hand shape. I asked them to imagine holding an egg in their hands and let them carefully observe whether their wrists and arms are as high as each other. I compare the protruding back of their hands to the roof and their fingers to the pillars supporting the roof. If the column is not upright, the house will collapse, so the first joint of the finger can't sag and the metacarpal joint can't collapse. The wrist can't float up and down in line with the arm, and the whole hand form a semicircle. This is convenient for children to understand and remember.
