1 materials and methods
1. 1 raw materials and accessories
The raw material is almond cake. Almond cake is a by-product of low-temperature extraction and degreasing of almond oil, with dense tissue, moisture 5%~8%, crude fat 10%~ 15%, carbohydrate 25%~30%, ash 3%~5% and protein 30%~40%.
