M 10 cement mortar mixture ratio
In building engineering, cement mortar is a common building material, which is widely used in the construction of building structures such as walls, floors and foundations. The mix proportion of cement mortar is one of the key factors that determine its strength and performance. This paper will introduce a mix proportion scheme of m 10 cement mortar suitable for light load foundation.

Mixed proportion scheme

M 10 cement mortar is a kind of cement mortar with strength grade of 10MPa, which is suitable for the construction of light-load foundation. The mixing ratio is: cement: sand: water = 1: 3: 0.5. The following will describe in detail the operation steps of how to mix the proportions.

Step 1: Prepare the materials.

Before mixing the proportions, the following materials need to be prepared:

1. cement: ordinary portland cement conforming to the national standard GB 175-2007 is selected.

2. Sand: Fine sand or medium sand with particle size of 0. 15-4.75mm is selected.

3. Water: Choose clean tap water or well water without impurities.

Step 2: Calculate the material consumption.

Before the mixture ratio, the dosage of cement, sand and water must be calculated according to the actual needs. The calculation formula is as follows:

Cement dosage = cement specific gravity × cement volume

Sand dosage = sand specific gravity × sand volume

Water consumption = cement consumption × cement hydration rate ÷ water cement ratio

Step 3: Mix the materials.

Mix the prepared cement, sand and water according to the proportion until they reach a uniform state. In the process of mixing, a blender or manual stirring can be used.

Step 4: Building

The mixed cement mortar can be directly used in construction. In the process of construction, the following points should be noted:

1. Before construction, the foundation surface shall be cleaned to ensure that it is smooth and free of sundries.

2. In the process of construction, the dosage of cement mortar should be controlled as much as possible to avoid waste.

3. After construction, it should be maintained in time to keep the foundation moist, so as to improve its strength and durability.
