I. Introduction
Introduction is also called preface. The preface should clearly and concisely clarify the theme and purpose of the study and the questions to be answered, and at the same time give readers a brief introduction on this issue and give the necessary literature. For a paper of about 5000 words, the preface is generally 150 ~ 200 words.
The main content of the preface should be to tell readers why you want to do this research, so as to convince readers of the importance of this research. The first sentence should contain almost all the contents of the theory, and try to clarify the differences from previous studies. The best introduction should also include a systematic review of all previous related studies and confirm the necessity of this study. We should give the design of the study rather than the conclusion, instead of using abbreviations that confuse readers, and at the same time, we should use literary writing skills carefully without involving the data of this study.
Second, the topic
The title of a medical paper is a high generalization of the core content of the paper, and it is an eye-like existence. Try to be concise and summarize the theme.
Three. Materials and methods
In the writing of materials and methods, the design of the research should be described in logical order, the steps of the research should be described in detail or relevant documents should be given, and the methods of analyzing the obtained data should be given. The research design should include a brief description, telling readers how to randomize, paying attention to the use of words such as "independence, parallelism, pairing, self-control", and it is best to quote the papers that originally reported the design and method. In the process of describing how the research is carried out, we should tell readers how to choose the research object and give the reasons for eliminating the object; Describe the materials used accurately and in detail, give the exact dosage of the drugs used, and inform the exact treatment method. When writing, we should also pay attention to the ethical issues involved in medical research. The experimental report on human beings should show whether the experimental process meets the standards of Helsinki Declaration. The patient's name, initials or hospital number were not used in the article. If the portrait is published, it should be allowed or covered by the patient. In the analysis, we should use the P value to confirm the null hypothesis, evaluate the reliability of the research, give the exact test used in statistical analysis, avoid using the term "payment" as a special term during the period, and indicate the general computer program used.
Fourth, the result
The result is the core of the paper. It is the main discovery of the data obtained in this study after statistical processing or verification.
This part should answer the questions raised in the preface, explain the results compared with the control group with words, figures and tables, and also inform the unexpected results. When the number of subjects is less than 100, the percentage should be avoided, and when the number is less than 10, the score should be used. The number of samples, range, mean, standard deviation or confidence interval should be given when the results are involved, and the degree of freedom and f value should be given when the variation is involved.
