The evaluation of primary school teachers' professional titles starts from the second level, and then goes up to the first level, advanced level and special level. Special grade is equivalent to senior professional title, which is generally difficult to evaluate, and there are only one or two districts and counties.

You don't need to pass English proficiency, but you need to have English teaching experience and at least one published paper.
