There are more than 500 flexographic printing machines, and the printing screen can reach 80 lines, which can meet the printing of multi-color, long and medium-sized boxes/boxes; There are dozens of flexographic prepress/gravure printing machines, and the printing quality is close to offset printing, which meets the needs of mass color box/box printing. The extensive use of post-processing equipment, such as automatic die cutting machine and on-line box pasting molding machine, provides a guarantee for the high-precision operation of carton clamping.

Four-color offset printing is traditionally considered as the most ideal printing configuration. Through the continuous improvement of corrugated cardboard, G-type and N-type have drawn a satisfactory full stop for offset printing. The application trend of European and American countries shows that the folding carton, as the main packaging of consumer goods, is gradually being replaced by the miniature corrugated color box with vivid graphics, exquisite printing, neat box shape and light weight. Since the advent of 1990 micro corrugated paper, the market utilization rate has been continuously improved, with the annual growth rate of 2% in the United States, and its share in Europe in 2004 was about 12%, mainly using micro corrugated paper boxes. At present, 30% of products packed in folding cartons can be replaced by micro corrugated boxes.

China's miniature corrugated board has just started, limited to the production of E-type corrugated board. As far as the quality and grade of paper products are concerned, there are few varieties and low grades, which need to be developed vigorously. The existing Roland 700, 900 and KBA- planta offset presses can directly print miniature corrugated board with a little adjustment, and there is no rubbing phenomenon or corrugated deformation that reduces the strength of the board. At present, many domestic printing and packaging manufacturers have this kind of offset press, which provides the necessary color printing basis for the card box to turn to micro corrugated paper. Compared with folded paperboard with the same weight, miniature corrugated paperboard has better printing adaptability, higher stacking strength, stronger shock absorption and lower cost. The new type of micro-tile carton paper towel uses lightweight white paper towel, white card, color card and glass card instead of imported high-gram coated cow card for card box production. In terms of environmental protection, corrugated products are easy to recycle, and there is no need to bury coated cardboard in the soil.

Micro-tile color box is beautifully printed. Lightweight white cardboard and low gram weight corrugated cardboard are used to manufacture corrugated cardboard with a weight of 300-550g/m2. With the improvement of unit paper utilization rate, the overall packaging cost decreases. When the weight and thickness of cardboard are reduced, the transportation cost and stacking space of goods are also reduced. Most importantly, the miniature corrugated paper color box combines the two functions of transportation and sales packaging, saving the cost of secondary packaging. European and American paper mills specially designed lightweight white paper under 200g for thin tile cartons, such as Kemia Art coated cow card from M-Real in Finland, CKB from StoraEnso in Sweden, and white cardboard from VisyLite, Westvaco, St.Laurent and IP in the United States. Whether it is coated paper or white cardboard, the smooth surface and good inking of corrugated board make the printing full of color, clear graphics and text and dazzling luster. Flexo printing makes wine packaging more exciting

Three years ago, the company introduced advanced automatic opening and burying technology of paper packaging from Adalis, which enabled the wine box/box to be opened and displayed automatically without the help of die-cutting line or cutting. At the same time, the built-in glue seam can also strengthen the hand hole and increase the handle function of the box/box. The advantages of flexographic printing are first manifested in environmental quality, and flexographic ink printing does not pollute the air and substrate; On the other hand, it shows the flexibility of post-printing, unlimited printing quantity, fast plate changing speed and low rejection rate. With the rapid progress of flexographic printing technology, color micro corrugated boxes can be printed directly. This flexographic post-printing method can achieve colorful color effects and overcome the common washboard defects in corrugated paper printing. Dupont's thin plate technology and the fine photoetching effect after bost 6 color printing make the printing of miniature corrugated board more vivid, and the ink coverage and contrast effect are close to offset printing, which opens up a brand-new printing and molding process for liquor packaging.
