How to improve the teaching effect of electrician training
Vigorously developing vocational education is the need of social development. The key to running vocational education well is to cultivate compound talents with a certain theoretical foundation and strong practical innovation ability. The training goal of higher vocational colleges is technical applied talents, and practical teaching is an important link in the training of higher vocational talents. Based on the research on the current situation of electrician training teaching, this paper puts forward the methods to improve the teaching quality of electrician training course in higher vocational colleges. Vocational education is an important part of China's education system. What kind of people is the purpose of education? The main training goal of vocational education is to train applied talents. At present, vocational education has trained a large number of applied talents in line with China's national conditions, which directly and effectively promoted economic and social development. The practical training course in higher vocational colleges is a combination of basic knowledge of modern scientific theory and basic operation skills, aiming at cultivating students' independent operation ability and innovative spirit. To achieve this goal, it is important to optimize the teaching process of the training class, change students' imitation learning into cognitive learning, give full play to students' main role in the training class, and enable students to form the ability to acquire and use knowledge independently and transform it into independent operation. How to cultivate and improve students' ability in the teaching of electrician training course. According to my nearly 20 years' experience in electrician and electrical technology for machine tool maintenance in the machine repair workshop of large state-owned machinery processing and manufacturing enterprises, combined with my experience in electrician training and teaching in recent years, the teaching quality of electrician training is improved from the following aspects. 1 Stimulating Interest Due to various factors, students in vocational colleges have low comprehensive quality, poor learning foundation and little understanding of professional knowledge, so it is very difficult for students to learn professional theories and skills. Especially for electrical majors, students are afraid of electricity and dare not start work easily. For students majoring in electrical engineering, if they are not interested in electrical engineering, it will directly affect the effect of practical training. I use a variety of effective methods to stimulate students' interest in learning, mobilize their enthusiasm for learning, change passivity into initiative, and achieve the best results. As an electrician's practice instructor, it is the premise to make students interested in electrician's practice. To this end, we can take the following measures. 1. 1 arouse interest with examples. For example, when talking about the application of electricity, we should highlight the specific application of electricity in household electrification and audio-visual teaching, so that our teaching can be close to life. Make students curious by explaining. 1.2 Link the training content with the practical application to keep the interest. Students are often not interested in simple and repetitive operations. In practice class, aiming at specific topics, I listed the common circuit faults in family life, and explained the fault causes and maintenance points, thus organically combining the training content with practical application. For example, when conducting the basic functions of wire connection, many students think that you can't even learn anything about wires, so we can follow the trend and list the failures that sometimes light bulbs flicker at home. Through the analysis of these cases, students have realized the fun of learning and have more motivation to learn. 1.3 Cultivate interest through competition. Organize competitions between individuals and groups in practical training. Form a good atmosphere for you to chase after me. At the same time, through this activity, it also promoted the study of theoretical courses, formed a virtuous circle of theoretical and practical teaching, further stimulated the enthusiasm of students to do a good job and improved the practice effect. 2. Adopt appropriate teaching methods. 2. 1 Combination of practice and teaching. In the practice of installing and troubleshooting the basic control circuit of electric drive, it is difficult for students to understand the composition and functional principle of the circuit. In fact, the main electrical appliances of the control circuit are various contactors, relays, switches and so on. Understanding the structure of these electrical appliances and mastering the functions of each part is the premise for students to use and operate correctly. In teaching, I pay attention to using teaching AIDS to explain the principle clearly. For example, in the process of explaining the principle, I repeatedly simulated the on-off of the contactor coil to guide students to observe the action of the contactor, thus controlling the on-off of the circuit. Then, through physics teaching, we observed the positive and negative rotation of the motor and distinguished the concept of self-locking and interlocking, which made students deeply impressed in their minds. In this way, skill teaching naturally penetrates into theoretical teaching, which stimulates students' great enthusiasm for learning. Then equip each student with internship equipment, so that students can concentrate on intensive training, pay close attention to basic training in internship operation, and conduct quantitative assessment on a regular basis, so that students can gradually master majors and skills. 2.2 The combination of operation and explanation exercises. For some circuits with many components and complicated wiring and installation, I use the method of explanation and practice. The so-called explanation exercise refers to the practice that students practice wiring on the homework paper on the basis of understanding the circuit principle and mastering the circuit connection. Through this practice, students can further digest and understand the theoretical knowledge, gradually become familiar with its principle, and know the installation process like the back of their hands. 2.3 Special operation exercises are combined with creative exercises. Project operation practice is to decompose a topic into several small topics for practice, which is convenient for students to deepen their understanding of knowledge points and master skills. Creative practice can cultivate students' awareness of skill innovation, which is also an important way to cultivate students to adapt to various production needs. For example, in the training of electrical circuit troubleshooting of machine tools, students are required to be familiar with the electrical schematic diagram of machine tools, analyze the relationship between control links, and let students know the action procedures of various components, and then determine the possible areas of faults according to the fault phenomena. Through special training, students can basically complete tasks accurately and quickly when troubleshooting. 3 Implementing teaching objectives in stages Due to the limitation of students' cognitive level, practical teaching cannot be achieved in one step, which requires teachers to implement it in stages according to students' cognitive rules. In teaching, I grasp every link according to the set goals. From lesson preparation, demonstration guidance, tour guidance, end guidance to after-class summary, strict requirements are adhered to. Finally, the internship report system, an internship report once a week, is a summary of the weekly internship content. The internship report includes four aspects: verifying theoretical knowledge; Practical ability training; Find problems and solve them; Students' feedback on this internship. At the end of each training, I ask the students to come back and reflect: What have I learned today? Have you passed the component reading and equipment performance test? Is there anything wrong with the assembly process? How to avoid short circuit problem? How to detect the open circuit problem? Will you measure some basic electrical parameters? According to what you have learned, can you optimize and improve the specific training objects? Can this training object be connected to other application circuits in whole or in part? Every time a circuit is completed, students are required to think, so that students can learn from practice to theory, from practice to theory, and then from theory to practice, which further deepens their mastery of professional knowledge. Some training equipment and devices in the school have broken down. I can lead students to carry out maintenance, which not only saves a lot of expenses for the school, but also greatly stimulates students' interest in learning skills and improves their practical ability through exercise. I deeply realized in practice teaching that the purpose of practice teaching is to make students progress and innovate. In order to achieve this goal, teachers should make every effort to keep a relatively relaxed space in students' minds, create a warm and exciting training classroom atmosphere and learning environment, and cultivate students' innovative consciousness and ability in natural teaching and learning activities. The poor performance of higher vocational students in school can only show that their potential has not been well played. Personally, I have the understanding that every student is creative. This is also in line with the basic principle of creationism that "creativity is a natural attribute that everyone has", rather than the patent of a few so-called "excellent students". For example, when I teach the course "Electric Drive", I treat some unusual ideas and design methods with appreciation, respect students' thinking, cherish the reasonable factors in students' thinking, suspend the evaluation of some "strange" ideas put forward by students, let them verify their feasibility in future practice, and ask myself not to suppress or ridicule them, and keep students' creative seedlings with a guiding teaching attitude. Understand students' design mistakes and mistakes in training and appreciate their courage. Through my own practical teaching practice, I think that in practical teaching, teachers should become appreciators, motivators and cultivators of students' creative potential with trust and positive expectation.
