The content of the paper should be complete and accurate, with distinct levels, reliable data, concise words, thorough explanation, rigorous reasoning and correct arguments; Simplified characters and legal units of measurement formally promulgated and implemented by the state should be adopted.

The terms, symbols and codes used in this paper must be unified and meet the requirements of standardization. If new technical terms, abbreviations and idioms are used in the article, they should be noted. New foreign technical terms and abbreviations must be indicated in brackets after translation.
