What are the eight belt protections?
The eight belt protections include monitoring and protection functions such as coal pile sensor, temperature sensor, speed sensor, deviation sensor, smoke sensor, two-way emergency stop switch, tear sensor and over-temperature automatic sprinkler.

Speed protection: When the belt conveyor is running, the driven drum cannot rotate safely. When it lasts for more than 5- 10s, the low-speed fault alarm signal-remains for about 2s1s.

Coal stacking protection: when the guide rod of the coal level sensor deviates from the center line by 45 5, it takes-13 seconds to realize fault protection shutdown.

Deviation protection: when the guide rod of the deviation sensor deviates from the center line15 5, the deviation fault protection is realized by-10s 5s.

Smoke protection: When smoke is generated, the smoke sensor sends this signal to the host computer to realize smoke protection immediately.

Temperature protection: When the temperature of the monitoring point exceeds the set temperature of the temperature sensor (+80℃), the temperature fault protection will be realized immediately.

Emergency stop protection along the line: when the emergency stop switch along the line is turned on, the emergency stop protection function is realized immediately.

Tear protection: When the conveyor belt is torn, the tear sensor sends an electrical signal to the main engine, and the main engine immediately realizes the parking protection function.
