The so-called "talent" of a successful entrepreneur is mainly cultivated by the "practice" of starting a business. It not only includes thinking methods, knowledge and wisdom, experience and skills, personality and temperament, demeanor, but more importantly, a person's conduct, personality, mentality and mind.

Third, entrepreneurs must have a very clear sense of mission and long-term goals. An entrepreneur without direction can't succeed, so mission and goal are the first step to success. Entrepreneurs must answer where I come from, where I am now and where I am going. The development and growth of enterprises should have a clear blueprint, and at the same time, they should be able to formulate strategies and ways to achieve their goals.

Fourth, in the face of fierce market competition, we need to have extraordinary decision-making ability. Because it is not enough to do things well or manage enterprises well, the key to test success or failure is whether you can do it right, that is, you must make the right decision. There are many temptations and opportunities outside, and you may fall into the trap of blind decision-making if you are not careful.

Fifth, we must have the ability to integrate resources. The resources of an enterprise are not only people, money and things, but also intangible elements such as knowledge, time, wisdom combination and public relations. As contemporary college students, although we have knowledge, passion, dreams and courage, we lack social practice, market test and management team experience, so starting a business is more risky and blind than people who have experienced it in the workplace.

This requires us to learn from the experience of successful entrepreneurs in the past, strive to improve our entrepreneurial ability and quality, and pay more attention to innovation. Only by constantly improving ourselves can we go further on the road of innovation and entrepreneurship and bring more wealth to society.
