Natural resources and natural environment are the most basic material conditions for human survival and social development. There is a contradiction between man and nature, and there is also a side that can and must be coordinated. In order to survive and reproduce, human beings need to transform nature reasonably and protect it effectively. Nature reserve is a pioneering work of modern human beings to protect ecosystems, wild animals and plants, natural relics and face increasingly serious environmental problems. It is the highest form and important foundation of nature protection. By the end of 2002, there were all kinds of nature reserves 1.757 in China, with a total area of 654.38+0.33 billion hectares, accounting for 1.3% of the country's land area, including 1.88 national nature reserves, which have reached the international average level. However, the legislation of nature reserves in China is obviously lagging behind. One administrative regulation, five departmental rules and some documents with departmental rules constitute the legal system of China's national nature reserves. The local legislation on nature reserves is also similar to the epitome of national legislation. It is an urgent task to strengthen the legislation of nature reserves in China and build a scientific and perfect legal system of nature reserves suitable for China's national conditions.
