It is necessary for intermediate engineers to publish papers, but the following two issues should be paid attention to when publishing papers:

1. Cannot submit papers published during full-time master's or doctoral studies;

2. Papers submitted for publication in Journal of Trade Association need to have CN and ISSN serial numbers.

Other academic qualifications will also change greatly in 2020, especially in terms of academic requirements. For example:

1. Graduated from junior college and worked as an assistant engineer for 4 years;

2. Bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree: after obtaining the qualification of assistant engineer, he has been engaged in professional and technical work for 4 years;

3. Postgraduate graduation: after obtaining the qualification of assistant engineer, I have been engaged in professional and technical work for 1~2 years.
