Research background: Writing is an important part of Chinese teaching and half of Chinese. But for a long time, many students are afraid of writing and have no interest in it. The fundamental reason is that our current composition teaching still emphasizes teaching and ignores learning; Attach importance to writing patterns and routines, and despise the stimulation of writing motivation; Attach importance to the height of ideological understanding and despise the expression of emotional will. As a result, the initiative, participation and creativity of students' compositions can not be fully exerted. We believe that the fundamental way to break through the present situation of composition and improve the efficiency of composition is to stimulate students' interest in writing.
Theoretical basis: Psychology tells us that interest is an individual's psychological tendency to know something or engage in an activity, which is manifested as an individual's selective attitude and positive emotional response to something or engage in an activity. Interest is also an important factor to attract and maintain attention. Students are always willing to explore what they are interested in. Confucius once said: "Those who know are not as good as those who are good, and those who are good are not as good as those who are happy", which shows the importance of interest in homework.
Social investigators found through research that interest can improve people's work efficiency and make people give full play to their talents. If a person is interested in a career, he can play 80-90% of his talents and stay efficient for a long time without feeling tired. On the contrary, he can only play 20-30% of his talents. Therefore, the role of interest in improving work efficiency is enormous.

3. Open composition mode, which develops colorful and interesting composition teaching according to students' emotional characteristics, adopts diversified training methods, creates a relaxed composition participation atmosphere, and stimulates students' writing enthusiasm.
