Defense form

The total time for each applicant to reply shall not exceed 30 minutes, including self-introduction and academic reply:

1, I introduce myself. The time is no more than 5 minutes, including: name, unit, academic degree (where to get bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctor's degree), major and research direction, name of courses taught and positions applied for, academic research and achievements in recent 5 years, theoretical and practical problems solved, main academic viewpoints and academic innovations of defense papers.

2. Academic defense. The time is no more than 25 minutes, and the academic defense is mainly based on questions and answers. This paper mainly examines the authenticity and academic level of the defense papers of the contestants, and measures the academic status and role of their teaching and scientific research achievements in their professional fields.

According to the papers and summaries submitted by the respondents, the judges drew up three defense questions, and the respondents chose two questions to answer. After the participants answered the questions, the judges commented on the spot. Contestants and judges can submit written rulings to the high judges for academically controversial opinions.

The whole process of the defense is videotaped, and the participants in the same group are allowed to attend.

Precautions for defense participants

1. Respondents must bring their ID cards. Please arrive at the defense venue in advance and wait, and participate in the defense according to the actual progress. Those who fail to reply within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up automatically. When you sign in at the meeting site, you should take the initiative to hand over the original ID card, mobile phone and other electronic products to the staff for safekeeping, get the attendance certificate, and abide by the regulations, obey the arrangements and keep quiet.

2. It is not allowed to bring any irrelevant materials such as speeches and outlines into the defense site. After the answer, you must sign in at the sign-in desk, collect my belongings and return the entry certificate.

3. The respondent shall consciously safeguard the fairness and seriousness of the evaluation and defense work, and shall not interfere with the normal evaluation work of the judges, shall not require any relevant personnel to greet the judges, and shall not take other ways and measures that may affect the evaluation work to interfere with the evaluation work. Anyone who violates the law will be disqualified if discouraged. Those who violate laws and regulations shall be investigated for their corresponding responsibilities.
