Li Jie's scientific research work
Pay attention to the combination of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the achievements of modern scientific research and development, and take the apoptosis of lymphocytes and tumor cells as the starting point, and put forward earlier that the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating tumors lies in multi-targets. Aiming at the clinical problem of preventing and treating tumor metastasis, the intervention effect and molecular mechanism of different compatibility Chinese medicines for invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation on tumor metastasis were studied. Since 2002, as the deputy head of the project, he has assisted the supervisor, Chief Physician Sun Guizhi, to declare and win the bid for 3 National Natural Science Funds and the scientific research project with special funds for central medical care 1, and participated in the declaration and won the bid for the key research project of tumor science and technology of traditional Chinese medicine in the Tenth Five-Year Plan and the demonstration research project of comprehensive treatment scheme of traditional Chinese medicine for major diseases in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan.

In 2004, relying on the national natural science foundation project, it was selected as a class A plan for cultivating scientific and technological stars in Beijing.

In 2006, as the project leader, he won the bid for the National Natural Science Youth Fund. From June 5438+ 10, 2007 to June 5438+February, 2008, he was supported by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. As the first postdoctoral fellow specializing in the prevention and treatment of tumors with traditional Chinese medicine, he was sent by Guang 'anmen Hospital to the molecular immunomodulation laboratory of National Cancer Institute (NCI) for joint culture. Under the guidance of Dr. Joost J Oppenheim, a famous American molecular immunologist, he studied the immunomodulatory effect of traditional Chinese medicine on breast cancer tumor-bearing body and its cellular and molecular mechanisms, and his research paper won the 2008 postdoctoral thesis award of American Cancer Institute.

At the end of 2008, he returned to China. In addition to the diagnosis and treatment of common malignant tumors with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, he also carries out gastroscopy diagnosis and Chinese medicine intervention treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer every Tuesday morning, and applies the theory of "preventing diseases" of traditional Chinese medicine to the diagnosis and treatment of precancerous lesions of digestive system tumors.

At present, Chinese medicine adheres to the academic thought of "strengthening the body resistance and consolidating the foundation" in treating tumors, and combines disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation. From the perspective of immunosuppressed cells, we have carried out in-depth research on evidence-based medicine, cellular and molecular immunomodulatory mechanisms for strengthening vital energy and eliminating pathogens, preventing tumor recurrence and metastasis, and cooperating with radiotherapy and chemotherapy to reduce toxicity and increase efficiency.

As the main finisher, he won the second prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award in 2007-2008, and the first prize of Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and China Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

In recent years, he has published more than 20 articles in China Cancer Clinic, chinese journal of cancer biotherapy, China Cancer and China International Immunopharmacology, and published 8 cancer-related popular science articles in Health Times. Editor-in-Chief: Diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in oncology department, series of TCM prevention and treatment of tumors-TCM prevention and treatment of head and neck, bone and soft tissue tumors, etc. He is also the executive editor of China Tissue Engineering Research and Clinical Rehabilitation (formerly China Clinical Rehabilitation) and a member of the Academic Committee of Fresh Medicine of China Cancer Research Foundation.
